I have been a long term tenant here for nearly 3 years. I guess that says it all but I would like to point out that this house has all you require including kitchen fully equipped, cleaned every week, laundry, TV in the lounge room and each room, aircon in each room, 2 bathroom as well.
I recommend this house for short or long term stay.

Very comfortable and tidy rooms. Fridge, aircon and TV in every room. Big kitchen and living area out the back. Plus 2 full bathrooms. Older brick building so nice and quiet.

Well presented and clean rooms. Located close to all transport, shopping and some great pub feeds. Friendly atmosphere and everything you need for a short or long term stay is there supplied. Well recommended.
