PSA - there is an assessment you take prior to leaving with the bikes. Should it be deemed unsafe for you to ride, they will still CHARGE you for the rental even after agreeing not to!

It was deemed unsafe for two of my friends to ride and as per owner’s response to one of the reviews below, they had agreed to not charge for one of the bikes. However, they still went ahead and made an unauthorised charge to our card.

One of the bikes wasn’t fully charged and/or they were old and rusty, so the power died quickly.

The owners have not been nice to deal with, big bullies - threatening legal action and requesting us to remove OUR reviews from our OWN personal experience.

Be careful of the terms and condition. The owner would not give a refund for 2 of the bikes we had prepaid. They lied about the terms and conditions about height requirements and assessment before we can take the bike off to the roads.
Poor service - would not highly not recommend using this to anyone.

Just had an amazing experience renting I Villini State for our company end of the year gathering. We spent two days at the house and everything was very organised and comfortable. Our team had a great time. The views were great and we had all the support needed during the booking process. Thank you so much and we might definitely be back for other occasions.
