Overall, it was a great experience. I went with my family of four and the dog in October 2024. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean, and the towels and bed linen were clean. The mini fridge was sizable and had a microwave, kettle, and complimentary coffee and tea. The room was sizable for four of us. Kids had a dip in the pool it was kept clean and the BBQ. A nice big green lawn for the dog to run around. There is ample parking at the premises. The only downside is the motel is next to New England Highway; can hear the sound of trucks and the train. But it's not super noisy, it didn't disturb us at all. It's worth for the price and we enjoyed our stay and would stay again if we visit the area. Thanks, team for making our stay comfortable.

Lovely motel my family and I stayed a few nights the room was nice and clean and smelled great. Only a few things really needed in the rooms like a smart tv but apart from that the motel was great I hope my little ones didn’t make to much noise we stayed in room 5 |We definitely stay there next visit

We stay here every time we pass through. Is pet friendly, clean and hospitable. The local pub has great meals and is all in close proximity to the motel. The cost is also reasonable. We will continue to support the motel on our future visits in that location.

Review Update under new management

It is such a shame to see such a beautiful little place be destroyed by the new owners. This little motel use to have such a great vibe, incredible service and the most beautiful people. Now you get filmed without your consent, the owners just walk into your room without even knocking which in it self is very unsettling especially when I'm a breastfeeding mother. The grounds are not maintained tree branches cut down everywhere, pool is dirty etc. It's become a very uncomfortable place to stay. The owners family members occupy most of the rooms who park where ever they like so your unable to park outside your own room. Very disappointing.

I can not rate this motel highly enough! The highest level of customer service and comfort IV experienced in a long time. The owners were very accommodating to our needs which included a very late night check in and a newborn. The room was comfortable, spacious and most importantly very clean. The little things you don't think of were also included like cold bottles of water in the fridge as well as tea and coffee and biscuits for you to enjoy on arrival which for us after a long trip was just perfect. If your looking for good old fashioned country service and a comfortable stay then this is the place to go. Thanks again Ruth you and your team do such a great job!

Room was clean and neat but the exterior of the complex was overgrown and unkempt. The kitchen was closed down and no breakfast service was available with the staff recommending breakfast at the nearby service station.

excellent stay here caretaker went out of his way to help me as a stayed for 2 weeks for work.Rooms were clean and always looked after. Shopping centre and food close to. internet is decent speed to . It’s roughly 10 mins to|musclebrook which was handy.

For a motel in a small town this is wonderful. We had a very pleasant stay. The room is clean and beddings is very comfortable. Would be great if they can provide forks too because we bought takeaways but no forks to eat with it. Friendly host and also I particularly like the outdoor BBQ area. Location is good. I will recommend this.

Stayed at this motel twice in one week.
Welcomed by Ruth at reception with a big smile and excellent service. Very helpful with any questions I had.
Rooms are a great size, very clean, comfortable firm mattress, toiletries and towels supplied.
Facilities for making beverages and supplies, small fridge, toaster and microwave. They have 2 x bottles of water in the fridge and milk which is a great touch.
TV is a good size with all the standard free to air channels.
There is a saltwater pool which I used. Great after a long drive. Extra towels supplied for pool use.
This motel is well maintained and great value for money.
I enjoyed it that much I stayed again on my return trip and enjoyed the same experience
