Was lucky enough to see the falls after big rains in the area. The falls can be accessed by taking a short drive down a dirt road. This road did have some washed out areas but should be ok for 2wd. At the end of Falls road there is a car parking lot and then you need to complete a short walk to the falls viewing area. The walk down is a bit rough but ok for anyone upwardly mobile.

What a beautiful area! Seems generally unknown, but well worth the turn off the main road and the short walk to the falls

Beautiful waterfall. Short walk from the car park but the ground is uneven and rocky. Drive is 2wd accessible (but wouldn't attempt in a 2wd after heavy rain). Worth the effort to get to.

Great little stop on the way to Bathurst from Canberra via Crookwell. A short drive down a dirt road, then a short walk down a rocky track. Nothing too onerous. A wonderful reward at the fenced lookout, above the Falls. Quite a decent drop, in good flow today.

This 70m (210') fall carves an impressive cave system before tumbling down these falls towards the Abercrombie River. You can still find gold flecks in the creek.
This fall has a very shallow catchment - it will flow best immediately after very recent rain. Other times it will be fairly quiet or dry.
Poorly signposted, first time you come here, if you are unsure of the area, it is worth getting directions to the fall and vantage points from the Abercrombie Cave House.
The track (Falls Rd) is in fairly good repair (late 2018) but avoid a collapsing area on the left side of the road in. The path down to the viewing area is a bit stony but a fairly easy grade.

Due to recent rains the falls are spectacular.
Unfortunately the track from the car park to the lookout while short is not maintained and is steep, rocky and dangerous.

Nice as a short stop on a road trip, an easy 4 minute walk to the lookout point for amazing views.
