Booked / travelled to Croatia on a small yacht cruise booked through this company. We don't live in Australia so everything was booked online / via email and was pretty straight forward.

The cruise / boat (MS Pacific) was very comfortable, clean, crew were awesome, and as far as seeing this area of the world it was great to be on a smaller boat to get into these areas (where the bigger ships can't go), have swim stops everyday, and have comfortable places onboard to lounge without the hassles of resorts / bigger ships.

The only hiccup we had was a fairly last minute change in the boat we were on due to some technical issues. I think this could have been handled a bit better in terms of providing more and better info when communicating the changes to the clients. All was well in the end...we had a good trip.

Please do not use this agency. We were recommended using this agency for our recent Lapland experience by our travel agent and it was 4 x the price of what others have paid for a terrible experience. We handed over $19k for FOUR DAYS itinerary and it basically ruined our magical Christmas we had planned for our children. This company absolutely doesn’t care… they will argue with you until you run out of time and can’t cancel or get a refund. We received our itinerary 3 days before we left the country (we booked 8 months prior to this) only to discover that one of the activities was actually FREE and not a personalised experience at all. I repeatedly asked if clothing hire was included with no answer so we went out and spent $ on getting snow gear for the 5 of us only to find out it’s included the whole time 3 days prior to leaving. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE, they claim to be experts in Scandic holidays and know literally nothing about the area and catering for families.

Total waste of money. Disorganised and rude agency.

On the boat be prepared to stay on the boat till 5pm and not actually see anything if Croatia to save money on port fees.

Transfer arrived 1.5hrs late which meant we were stuck in border crossing queues for 3 hrs totally missed a day of holidays.

Food was the same thing everyday. Pasta pasta pasta. Beyond trave beyond disappointing.

I am beyond satisfied with Beyond Travel, especially Chief Operating Officer, Tony Gattari. Working with this company was a fantastic process from beginning to end where I felt not only welcomed as a client, but truly respected as a business owner.

Beyond Travel provided an unparalleled level of expertise and customization as my company, EBST Made Me Travel, began the process of procuring a boat for our inaugural Croatia Yacht week excursion. Initially, the process of obtaining the right vehicle that offered a top-notch crew and amenities for my customers seemed a daunting task, however, Tony made this experience smooth, enjoyable and pressure-free.

Although Mr. Gattari is located in Australia and I am in the United States, he tailored his schedule to make sure that our meetings via Zoom and phone occurred at times that were conducive for a busy entrepreneur like myself. Prior to connecting with Beyond Travel, I had connected with other businesses that offered similar services, but none that yielded the comfort and flexibility Tony and his team provided.

As our trip approached, Tony offered additional assistance with many details by providing me with the service of his team member Dagmar. This process was absolutely seamless, and Dagmar also delivered a top-notch experience for myself and my clients.

Upon our arrival in Croatia, I was blown away by the level of elegance and luxury of the Symphony Yacht. The features of the ship were far beyond what I imagined and previously viewed in the artist’s renderings of the boat. The crew of the ship was absolutely outstanding. They were fun, flexible, and beyond welcoming to my guests and me. During our stay, Tony coordinated transfers to and from the vessel and made adjustments to the itinerary based on the group’s specific needs.

Overall, I can’t recommend Tony Gattari and the entire staff of Beyond Travel enough. My company has already begun the process of working with them for future events. I highly recommend their services!
