Caught up with a few girlfriends for food and drinks - absolutely LOVED it. Cocktails were amazing and there was so much variety. Food was great and they were able to cater for dietary requirements. Staff were friendly and very accomodating; the allowed us to keep chatting and eating past the allowed time of our booking which we chatty gals much appreciated. Absolutely will be coming back again!

I enjoyed a mocktail and was impressed by the variety on the menu. The tapas-style snacks were both delicious and reasonably priced. The staff were warm and welcoming, and the view, combined with the lovely atmosphere, made for a great experience.

Gorgeous views, staff were good and it was nice to be greeted on arrival. However the music was way too loud and not at all compatible with the setting. I felt like I was in a night club the whole time. Cocktails were nice but very sweet and some in small glasses - for $20-25 on average for a cocktail it was disappointing.
The view is great but the type of music and volume took away from the ambience.

Great selection of Mocktails for those who want an alternative. Great atmosphere. Kingfish ceviche served with plantain chips has a very light flavour, would have loved a punchier tigre de leche but in no way unpleasant.

An aesthetically pleasing bar, with great views of the city and an even better tasting cocktail menu!

A friend and I visited over the weekend, and loved the established image and vibe of the bar at the top of the Burbury Hotel. We ordered the cheese/meat plates, the brioche prawn rolls, the seared tuna tostada, and the gin and tonic cheesecake - as well as a couple of cocktails to boot!

Whilst everything tasted great, I would have expected some further refinement and styling of the plates that were going out and we weren’t able to order a couple of other dishes from the menu on the day either. I’m sure these improvements will be made with time, and I can’t wait to return again!

Had combined family milestone birthdays on Saturday with 25 friends and family. I took my own balloons and cupcakes. We had tables near windows. Daniel was such an amazing host and wished us happy birthday and bar, serving staff were so welcoming and attentive. Platters were beautifully presented and tasty $300 for 20 pers. My guests bought their own drinks (not sure how much was spent). Cocktails were exquisite. We had booking 7-8.45pm but they allowed us to stay longer.

Everyone had such a ball - definitely recommend this venue for functions and parties. The view, the friendly staff and top quality cocktails and food.

Visited as invited guests to an 80th B'day! At 5.00 pm it was just a few there. By 7.30 and we leaving it was quite packed mainly young people in for cocktails. The ambiance inside was inviting. The views different in being rooftop L7 with windows opened allowing cool breezes.
