We had a great stay! The rooms were spacious, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The apartments were clean and well-equipped with all the amenities we needed. The location was fantastic—very close to shops and places of interest, making it super convenient. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. ||||The only downside was the soundproofing in the building, as we were informed one night about noise from the TV, even though it was at a reasonable volume. Overall, though, it was a lovely experience, and we would consider staying here again!

We shared a 4 bedroom apartment with family over the Christmas break and found it perfectly suited our requirements. Good sized fridge, good sized kitchen, plenty of chairs and space, including when other Canberra based family members came to visit. Easy to walk to Telopea Park so the kids could throw a ball or play cricket. The outside seating area was perfect for spreading out. The pool was small, but was adequate, although perhaps the heating was a little too high 🙂 . The 2 flights up to the apartment was explained in advance, and we had no problems with that. Nice leafy green complex.

Apartment was spacious and comfortable. Great location! A short 2 block walk to supermarket and restaurants. Only a few minutes drive to all tourist attractions. Only gripe was beds were really soft. Would stay here again, great for families and couples.

This apartment complex is great value for money. The location is ideal for easy access to all tourist spots as its quite central. Good sized apartment with all amenities you need. It was a little noisey as its an older complex so you can hear joining noises but nothing that was seriously bad or annoying. The apartments were clean and location wise you are really close to an IGA Superbarn which was fantastic, had everything you need for a short or long stay.

Rooms are not sound proof- we can here the noise from outside and even the flushing of toilets from above our unit.

Our room looks nice and neat but upon thorough inspection spiders are everywhere, some corners are dusty.

Cleaning schedule is not coordinated. As we checked in we were told that cleaning will be on a certain day. But almost everyday someone is going to our room. I was worried about our things because it was just all scattered around the room. And they are coming just to get the used towels (which was just used once) replace with a new one, and do the same thing the next day. I would appreciate it of they will clean thoroughly. But if only collecting towels everyday, they don’t need to do that.

One of the days we were in the unit when they came, for doing vacuum they asked us if we wanted them to do it. Of course we do, that’s more important than just collecting towels. So I just wondered, if we were not there the room will not be thoroughly cleaned then?

Gym is okay. Pool- we did not use. Parking is okay as well.

Stayed in 4 bedroom apartment which was 2 storey with 2 beds up, 2 beds down. Neat, clean and tidy. Good quiet location. Looked like it was recently painted and carpeted. While the furniture isn't of a high standard it was more than satisfactory for our stay.

It's a nice place. The biggest problem for us was there wasn't an air-conditioning remote in our room, so it was quite hot. There was no one in reception over Christmas, so there was no one to get the air-conditioner running.

Very good value, well fitted out and well located apartments. I would call them premium grade. Friendly staff and good facilities. Quiet too. Great walking from here, also close to Manuka and Kingston shops and restaurants. So lots of variety.
