I have lived in the Nishi building for few years now. I was doing my recycling and realised I had left my card to get into the elevator back home upstairs. I kindly asked the staff at the front desk to buzz me up. They responded rudely asking for my license. Who brings their license with them to do recycling. (My online license wasn't working I already tried). I showed them emails from the building manager and my landlord proving I lived there but they refused to let me in. A few of the hotel guests noticed I was upset asking what happened and I explained. They were shocked and horrified when they found out. Stating that it was disgraceful that the staff wouldn't let a single girl living alone at night holding her recycling bin back into her own place. The staff member came back and saw me getting upset as I asked her again to please let me in to which she refused again. At the time none of my neighbours were responding and couldn't let me up. Eventually my friend let me in.

The Servcorp Nishi team provide us with fantastic service during our recent workshop. They were helpful, proactive and went out of to make sure all of our requirements were met.
