A truly lovely experience. We stayed for 4 nights for a family wedding. Cannot fault the Burbury at all. Can highly recommend. Aircon brilliant, beds super comfy. Access to restaurants and Lake Burleigh Griffin for morning walks was excellent

We stayed at the Burberry Hotel for two nights. It was our first time visiting Canberra (we're from the UK). |Our room was spacious and comfortable, with tea, coffee and snacks alongside a fridge with various drinks in it. Staff were really friendly, helpful and informative. The hotel was close to good restaurants and places to visit. |Being older - and maybe a little old-fashioned - we weren't keen on the more open bathroom arrangement, plus there wasn't a mirror in the bedroom, which would have been useful. |These are the only things that prevent us from giving a 5* review.

We were away from home for my daughters 10th birthday, so I booked the VIP kids package at the Burbury. My daughter was so excited for the tent and games and popcorn! We had room service which arrived quickly and tasted great. The bed was comfy and we both had a great night's sleep. The next morning we had breakfast at Ostini. The staff were attentive and friendly and the food was great.

The apartments were lovely as is the area. We had a large group of friends and family staying and was great to be all in the same place. The rooftop bar is fabulous. Great views! Great location. Close to everything you need. Would definitely recommend.

We love this hotel. We stay there often. However the standard over the years has fallen and the last five times we stayed there were issues. Air con not working. And the rooms just aren’t as clean. The fly screens are so full of dust you can’t imagine! Wish they would clean those as the fresh air in Canberra is a treat when you come from Sydney.

The apartment was dark and almost felt underground. View from the bedroom was just spiderwebs. We had the impression we would be able to use the Hale gym pool, but were told when we got there it was not for guests. This was probably the most disappointing thing as was why we booked the place. They need to make that more clear to people booking. Receptionist who checked us in was nice.

Our family of 5 (3kids/2 adults) enjoyed our 2night stay. Rooms were spacious, tastefully decorated and clean. Having a fully functioning kitchen and laundry services is definitely a plus for families.We loved being able to walk to the shops nearby. The only downside was the extremely slow housekeeping service ordered toothbrushes at 8am (when i realised we didnt pack any) waited till 10am and decided to just go out to buy our own. Got a phone call at 8pm! to ask me where i was and that they have just delivered the toothbrushes.
