So embarrassing to even call this Indian food. First visit to this place and ordered 4 parata and a biriyani to take .waiteda good 30 min and was charged 43 dollars. Was craving for a beef biriyani and a let down 😔 rice was mashed and tha grains under cooked inside. There were a good amount of meat but all overcooked. The parata DISASTER one side burnt. Ok people make mistakes but how can you hand over something like this to a customer. After waiting that long. First and last visit.

Food served hot and delicious, great vegetarian options, juicy chicken 65, and ultimately just generous portions. Very hospitable staff too!

If i could rate 0 stars I would, absolutely horrible service. We placed an order at 6:30 pm (estimated arrival 7:15) and now it is 9:00 and we have not received our order - almost a 3 hour wait. A courtesy call would have been greatly appreciated regarding the status of our order considering we spent over $100 dollars on our food. We requested for an update through the app multiple times and called multiple times regarding an update for our order and only after calling 5+ times did they answer the phone. Please do not order from uber eats from the restaurant as you cannot cancel the orders from uber eats and you cannot cancel through the restaurant. Worst customer service experience I have ever received from a restaurant. What a horrible experience especially on Valentine’s day. I guess it’s McDonalds for dinner for Valentine’s day. Never again.

Update: 9:50pm. To make matter worse, they have said they “delivered” our order which is not here. We have security footage from now until 10:00pm with no one “delivering our order”. We expect a full refund this is absolutely astonishing and disgusting scam of a restaurant. Once again. Phones were unreachable. Absolutely disgusting.

Please do yourself a favour and DO NOT order from this resteraunt. We waited over 3 hours for food that never came. We called the resteraunt multiple times, each time they stated that the food was 20 minutes away before they started preparing it, just to be told another 20 minutes each time we called back (30 minutes between each call).

I normally dont leave negative reviews, however, I honestly dont know how a resteraunt can stay open for business much longer if this is how they operate, very dissapointed.

Recently bought takeaway and when I got home, realised I was overcharged for a dish. They did let me pay $3 less upon pick up using cash which makes me wonder how much they’re piling on for card users. When I rang and queried the over price, women denied it then said it doesn’t matter. lol cheating people doesn’t matter Eventually she said come back to sort it out but I am NEVER going back there ever again. Lamb was very dry and tough, and the sweet corn veggie dish was so sweet. Sauces of both tasted similar. Sad and disappointing. I wonder if it has changed hands because this place was one of the best Indians I knew off with great service and excellent food. Food quality has plunged and service laughable. So long Yogis, you won’t ever see me and my friends again!

I recently dined at Yogi’s Kitchen, and while the food was good, the service left much to be desired. Throughout our time there, the lady serving us was on her mobile phone, even while serving meals. There was no communication from her at all, not even when I was paying the invoice—she was still on the phone.

We ordered two soft drinks for the kids and two alcoholic drinks. Surprisingly, the drinks weren’t served at our table. Instead, we were directed to help ourselves from the fridge, and no beer glass was provided. To top it off, I was quite disappointed to see a corkage charge on the invoice, especially since there was no service involved.

Overall, while the food was enjoyable, the lack of attentiveness from the staff and the unexpected charges left a sour taste in what could have been a pleasant dining

Service -Extremely Slow service.
Served starters and made us wait 45 mins for mains on 1st jan 2024. We are the only customers dining in at the time. How they couldn't serve 1 table in 2 hours is beyond my understanding.
food is okay, but chicken Tikka curry is on the sweeter side. Panner is burnt as ash.
Peas pulao is more like yellow rice with just peas in it
If the food has been great, I would have tolerated the wait but overall pretty disappointed.
