I bought my first apartment from these guys. Customer service was pretty good in the beginning, and the handover went smoothly. I'm not a fan of the main wall finish on the building, but that's my perspective. Others are okay with it. Edited to add on 18 Jan 2021 - It's been only 21 months since we moved into the apartment and I must say, the promises that the salespeople made to sell me the apartment are false and misleading. The tapware are now showing wear and tear. The tapware installed is also a cheap replacement to the previous specification. They didn't tell me that the second bedroom will not have an air-conditioning duct. Therefore, I did not request for the duct's extension to the bedroom. The gaps in the vinyl flooring tiles have not been addressed since reported as part of the 90-day defect warranty.
