paid a several hundred dollar cleaning fee to have a dirty needle on my mattress (it did stab me), expensive car parking costs just for the card to not work 50% of the time, borderline predatory washing machine costs, filthy amenities and so on.

oh and if you need your bond back you’ll need to wait upto a week before they even start to process it.

most of the staff are genuinely incompetent and will look at you like you’re stupid for asking basic questions.

For the room I stayed in, $60 a night would've been more appropriate. For $94+ a night, I'd expect free wifi, good phone signal throughout, a clean room, and enough toilet paper to last the length of my stay (x5 for a fully booked apartment with 5 guests). Despite its proximity to campus, I wouldn't stay here again. (See details below for specifics.)

The only saving grace was the lovely staff at reception who did all they could to save this disappointing experience. Maddy, Jared, and Joshua deserve a raise. While the room was a disappointment, they were absolutely fantastic.

Stayed one night in double room in an apartment containing 5 other rooms sharing 2 bathrooms, which was more than enough. Place was immaculately tidy, clean and fittings relatively modern. After-hours check in was done with the college RA, who was welcoming and helpful. Good price for a good room.

Couch was broken, but they asked the innocents to pay for it when they couldn't find the true culprit. This problem could have been solved by installing a CCTV camera in common areas. Plus, if you fail the monthly inspection, they will overcharge you for the cleaning. This place may be cheap to stay, but beware of their greed for money. I have considered leaving by the end of December, I am so excited!

UniLodge Campus West is a fantastic home away from home. The res life events are always fun and a great way to meet new people! I have absolutely loved my year and a half on res so far and look forward to many fun years ahead here! The RA team and staff are awesome and make your stay here the best experience it can be! Having lived in three different types of accommodation in campus west, I can safely say that all types are awesome and a great place to spend your uni days! Definitely 10/10 recommend staying with UniLodge in Campus West!

Just disgusting! Overpriced little cells for rooms, constant inspections from the unfriendly staff and a hostile atmosphere. Not only is it a complete rip off but they also rent the rooms out mostly to foreign students and families so the uni culture is slowly being destroyed. This needs to seriously be looked into because these guys are ripping people off badly.

What an awesome place to live when I’m away from home! Georgia and all the other RAs are always quick to answer any questions and ensure my time here is top notch! Such fun and inclusive culture! Couldn’t imagine staying anywhere else.

Arrived to a dirty room. Cleaning staff not notified beforehand to clean rooms. Same throughout unilodge Canberra.
