I’m not sure of the man’s name who served my mum and I earlier today, but he made my shopping experience infinitely better than I’d expected. No one wants to deal with thinning hair and the man who served me was compassionate and patient, even though my temperament certainly didn’t deserve it. I would go back to this shop just because of him, regardless of the products I purchased to try.
