Highly recommend the Balloon Aloft team for a flight across Canberra. Skilled and friendly pilot and ground crew, fun helping pack up the balloon afterwards, followed by a champagne celebration! Made more perfect by a landing in a farmer’s paddock!

We had such a wonderful morning this morning ballooning over Canberra to celebrate my daughters wedding with my family and some very dear friends. The day was stunning. Our pilot Kim and the ground crew were incredibly professional and competent. We felt very safe and it was an experience I’ll never forget- so serene and peaceful. We flew on this balloon 🎈 sometime in June this year to celebrate my husband's birthday and our experience was absolutely divine! Customer service was excellent. Will definitely do it again. Can't recommend it highly enough👌

No costumer service via phone at all.
Tried to book a private flight, less than helpful. Didn’t want to know any info. If you don’t want the booking then don’t put private flights on your website, update your website. You obviously don’t want to put the effort into doing what you advertise.
