I have been to the meat and co restaurant in perth it was next level.

I brought a friend for lunch here, I ordered the garlic bread to share it was so hard and crunchy on the out side and not much butter. I was expecting the same as in perth where it melted in your mouth!

We ordered a stake each I had the Conner the more tender option, I found the steak was a little dry and not so tender. The chips were nice the salad had this kind of Mexican vibe to it.

My friends steak was even more thought then mine it was the rump wagyu. The food was ok but not upto the standard for the price you pay!

The food is excellent. We had the Express lunch. My wife and I had the Pork belly and calamari for entree, the ribs for the main and sticky date pudding for dessert. All were really tasty and very well presented. The staff were friendly and helpful. Be aware that the express lunch is not really suitable for a normal work lunch hour. It takes around two hours to complete.

While the restaurant looks attractive, it is uncomfortably noisy and it is often difficult talking with your meal partner. Had it not been for the noise there is no question this restaurant is a solid five star experience.

Came to celebrate our reunion on Sunday. Limited vegetarian options but it was fine given this was supposed to be a place for meat lovers 😂
Waited for about half an hour for the ribs and my roasted eggplant to come. Food tasted good but the staff seemed reluctant to take order or even check the bill. Ended up having $5 surcharge per head.
Overall decent place, but I think there are definitely better places in town

Update: had Christmas lunch here with friends. Ordered from their express lunch menu.
We had all three entrees to share. Pork belly and calamari were tender and flavorful, recommend! Bruschetta did not have much taste tho 😂
Pork ribs were in huge portions but we smashed them out! The sweet and savory taste was so good! Chips were well fried as well. My friend liked her lamp shank too.
Both of the desserts were delicious. I personally like sticky date better, especially the combination of warm cake and gelato!

Best steaks we have had in a long time. We didn't go for the aged (expensive) ones either. Recommend the 500g wagyu. Enjoy 🥂

Food was good, but the portions a too small for the price. The food took way too long to be served (30+ minutes). The restaurant is nice and beautiful, but it does have a bustling atmosphere. For people who want a quiet romantic date night, I won't recommend this place. For catching up with friends and family, this would be a fun place to go as there are also a lot of dishes that can be shared and appetizer type dishes as well.

I do need to mention that they have a clean and well maintained bathroom inside the restaurant, which is a plus.

Meat and Wine Co has been a frequent go to for a nice steak and a wine. There is a good range of steaks including aged steaks and tomahawks. Personally I don't mind even their standard steaks and find the aged steaks don't take too different from their standard steaks.

They also have a good range of other dishes including chicken as well as a range of entrees options. At lunch, there are even lunch special options for under $50 per person!
