The Location of the property is excellent.
But, the apartment was very dirty. The carpet is very old & smelled very mouldy. I could also see few bugs in the. carpet.
The balcony was completely dirty as if it wasn't cleaned for years. There were moulds, spider webs & insects all over. It was very unhygienic.
The common areas were decently clean. The problem is with the apartment itself.

Our family had a great stay. The apartment was very spacious, the beds were comfy, the kids loved the pool and the location was nice and close to the city and nearby suburbs we visited. We would definitely stay here again.

I booked this place for an overnight stay because it seemed incredibly spacious. In that it did not disappoint. The lady at checkin was friendly and efficient. However room 206, a 2 bedroom unit was very tired and could have been a lot cleaner. The furniture in the dining area was old and tired. On the other hand, the sofa and lounge chairs were new and clean. Kitchen was fairly dated but functional although it was annoying having only 2 mugs and 1 cup in a 2 bedroom plus sofabed unit. Please can someone clean the splashes from the window behind the sink? The bathroom was the most dissatisfying room. As we were only staying the one night, we all decided to not shower in the unit but to wait until we got home. The bath was cracked. Lots of mould in the grouting. Black hairs remained from previous guests. If someone was staying longer they might benefit from the washing machine and separate dryer. The bedrooms were functional but had no AC (just fans) as the AC was only in the living area. The master had a KS bed which was appreciated. Balcony furniture could do with a clean. On the plus side, the carpet was relatively new and clean.

We stayed in a three bedroom apartment and it was very nice. Lots of space for us all. A short walk to the lake and city. Excellent location.

We booked our stay for 3 nights well before in advance and even spoke to the reception before coming and requested few bedding arrangements to which none was followed. On arrival we were told that they do not have any staff at the moment so will do it the next day( which never happened). Also, lake view room apartment could not be made available as we came late for check- in according to reception. Throughout our stay, we did not receive any help and ended up doing the changes ourself. Phone doesn’t work, under staff, poor condition of the property, not worth $500 a night.

Beds and room were very comfortable and clean. Great location Fabulous stay and great value for money we had a 2 bedroom so spacious enough for 2 couples.||Checkin and checkout was a breeze and parking was convenient. Wifi worked well and great to know if you had a longer stay you have a washing machine and dryer

This was our third stay in 2024 and this was the best stay
Great rooms with large living spaces as well as balconies with great views.
Fantastic to have 2 bathrooms as well as a full kitchen and laundry
Very comfortable for 2 couples as well as a family

Motel was spacious enough for our group with beautiful views over the lake. Towels, Doona and Sheets stained, everything in the place smells old. Kitchen dirty specially rangehood, lots of hand prints on cupboards. No essential to cook with. Receptionist happy to help with all enquiries.
I would rate it as a 2 star motel.
