Our ‘ABC’ dinner group recently dined here for the letter ‘S’. The seating arrangement- a square table for eight was the perfect configuration for our party of 7 (usually 8). The Restaurant itself (Spanish themed) is very modern and beautifully appointed with both indoor and outdoor tables and seating available. There are actually two indoor eating areas and two bars. They don’t stock Wee Jasper District gin I noticed!🤭😂 The gentleman who served us was pleasant, patient with some of our fussy questions and helpful with explaining dishes etc. Everyone enjoyed their meals though the cauliflower side was a little small. The goats cheese croquettes were to die for and I’d go back for two plates for myself - we had to share 4🥲. I also enjoyed my crusted herb cod! Only two ordered deserts to share - the amaretto pear and the flan and apparently these were delicious. My hot chocolate was lovely and hot! Overall I thought the price per head very reasonable. I will certainly return❣️
Returned recently for a friend’s birthday and we thoroughly enjoyed our evening.

My husband and I wanted to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary in style and did a deep dive on restaurant options in Canberra. We were so pleased to select St Malo which was superlative in every way. On arrival, we were greeted with an acknowledgment of our anniversary and seated in one of the gorgeous booths as requested, and then treated to a complimentary Prosecco!🥂. The service was outstanding from start to finish and the food was exquisite. The garlic pizzeria, sprinkled with fresh rosemary, was the best we’ve ever had and was followed by a beautiful seafood dish and lamb shoulder that fell off the bone. Accompanied by delicious wines and finishing with a delicious dessert and coffee, the whole experience was fabulous. We love the decor, light, rear courtyard and total ambience. Thanks so much for making our anniversary so special!

First time here. The atmosphere and decor of everything is beautifully done! I had high expectations of the food, and even though it was delicious, the beef cheek was served cold and tasteless and served with very little mash potato, which for the price, it should include more than 2 table spoons. The cocktails were delicious, too. I will be back to try the rest!

Templo Theatre!! What an exceptional show! 👏

The singing, dancing, audience participation... It was all well put together, with great choreography and dancing and an easy to follow story.

The food was delicious, the creme brulee was to die for, the cocktails were tasty.

My only criticism, if you want to call it that, is that it was not well advertised and it was hard to find the entrance to the venue (if in doubt, you can take the lift from inside Saint Malo restaurant foyer to the 1st floor). It was only by chance that I even found out about it, by walking past the sign outside the building! I'm so pleased I did though!

I'm not sure if the crew are all from Canberra, but I certainly wish there were more of these types of shows in Canberra!

I can't wait to see the next season! Thank you for a fantastic evening ❤️❤️🤩🤩

Atmosphere is the best of this restaurant, the staff is very friendly and the service is good. The food wasn’t great, they put mayonnaise on almost everything and is too expensive for what it is.

Came here to celebrate my birthday. The food was yummy! The servers were really nice and attentive. The chef even spoke to us and asked us about the food and our experience. The price of the food is also affordable. Will definitely comeback to try other dishes 😊

My wife and I were hesitant to try Saint Malo at first, but we're extremely happy we did. The service was exceptional and the quality of the food was fantastic. We were sat at the bar until our table was ready and had a run down of how some of their signature cocktails are made. Can't recommend you eat here more highly.
