I cannot fault this hotel. My husband and I arrived after a long day's driving to be thoroughly welcomed by the front desk staff who were exceptionally helpful regarding car parking and other hotel services. Our room on the second floor ( there are 3 floors of accommodation) was AMAZING with huge king bed, separate bathroom wing, quality toiletries, and lovely furnishings including a comfy lounge. We dined in the on-site Italian Restaurant which was just like being in Rome with a great assortment of pastas and pizzas to choose from. Our linguine was the best 👌 we have ever tasted, creamy but not too creamy with tasty mushrooms and basil pesto. The service in the restaurant was good - even though there were many people there we noticed and experienced prompt and efficient service.
The hotel rooms are super quiet and the shower lovely & hot with a good water flow (which I like).
To the management I wish you every success as the quality of service and accommodation you provide is exceptional.

We had a wonderful stay at Peppers Gallery hotel in Canberra. It was in the perfect location for our first visit to the city and was close to all the attractions we wanted to see. Our room was spotlessly clean as were all areas of the hotel. Our meals in the restaurant were excellent. Good produce and well presented. Staff were very pleasant and happy to engage. |We would definitely use this hotel again when we return to Canberra |Highly recommend

The room was well presented and ideal for my stay.
Restaurant and bar were rustic, friendly and I enjoyed the food which had a great Italian theme.
The bar could get a couple of different beers but I enjoyed a great Pinot instead

I was very impressed with the location, services, and staff at Peppers Canberra.

The bar has a fantastic vibe, and the food at the restaurant is excellent. The staff were accommodating, attentive, and proactive in ensuring a great experience.

The room was modern and exceptionally comfortable, and I loved the hotel's convenient location.

We had a great time at Peppers Canberra. Jin on reception was very helpful when we checked, making sure that our needs were accommodated. The hotel itself is very clean with very friendly staff. Sami in the restaurant was great. Car parking is in a very secure carpark which was great. Really couldn’t fault this hotel and will certainly use this as our base when we return to Canberra.

Kind of a dumpster fire. Our (expensive) room (with a king bed and bathtub) was facing a literal dumpster full of garbage.

The bath hot water was faulty and required servicing.

The breakfast was the worst hotel breakfast I have ever seen so we went elsewhere.

Sole redeeming factor was the staff, who did their best.

From check in to check out I couldn't fault anything. The room was comfy, modern and clean. I really enjoy staying here. Staff were really friendly, from the check in/out to the cleaning staff I bumped into.

A lovely weekend staying at Peppers. Lovely room, excellent front-of-house service, and secure parking in a convenient and central location.||The only downside was the restaurant with poor service and average food. I had made a booking for dinner for the night we arrived. As we arrived later than expected, I went to the restaurant at check-in and advised that we would be fifteen minutes late. All good, but when we went at the notified time they had given my table away. Why?They did find me another table, but then it took them half an hour to take our meal order (after I went to the till area to ask them to come take our order). It was also strange that we could not enjoy the Welcome Drinks with our meal, as you could only have them at the bar, which is about 10m from the restaurant.
