Vinh helped us with our visa. After our meeting and having him review our subclass 309 and 100 (Partner Provisional visa temporary and permanent) application, he listened to our circumstance and progress to date on our application, provided some options for us to consider, and suggested and drafted a letter which would request the visa processing agency to grant us the subclass 100 permanent visa at the same time, rather than needing to wait two years upon the grant of the initial subclass 309 visa to process the subclass 100 visa - pointing out the relevant clauses to enable this. Vinh provided us with clear instructions to lodge the letter, as well as tips to keep our application up to date and potentially noticed by the case officer to process our application. He also monitored and conducted check-ins with us throughout the course of our application being processed. I am grateful to have engaged in Vinh for his services as I am aware the processing time for this visa is essentially unpredictable (three years is not out of the ordinary), but we were able to have it granted in a year.
