“I had my first procedure at Waikiki Private Hospital today, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment I walked in, everything was spotless, bright, and welcoming. The reception staff were friendly, and I was taken to my own individual room, which was immaculate.

The ward nursing team was the best I have ever come across—kind, professional, and made me feel completely at ease by explaining everything clearly. The atmosphere throughout the hospital was so positive; as I was taken to theatre, I could hear the laughter and sense the strong team spirit. The theatre staff were also incredible, all smiles, reassuring, and keeping me comfortable every step of the way.

After the procedure, the care in recovery and on the ward was just as exceptional. The nurses regularly checked on me and ensured I was comfortable. Even the small touches, like bringing me the perfect egg mayo sandwich, made all the difference. The hospital was extremely clean, and hand hygiene was practiced consistently.
