In March 2020 I was forced to cancel hotel accommodation I had booked in Bali through RAC Travel in Applecross because of COVID-19 and border closures. The cancellation was made within the required period of notice and I agreed to pay one night’s stay of $352 as a penalty. I submitted the necessary RAC Refund Authorisation Form on the 28th March 2020 and advised that the $2110 owed to me would be refunded within 8 weeks. Despite numerous correspondences with RAC Travel I am still awaiting a refund – over 6 months after submitting the claim. Unfortunately, RAC Travel booked the accommodation through Asia Escapes Holidays. As a result of my disappointing and frustrating experience, I simply cannot recommend RAC Travel or Asia Escape Holidays to anyone planning to travel.

Thank you Asia Escapes for a great holiday at a fantastic price. I have never used Asia Escape Holidays or know anyone that has, I live in Cairns and I saw a package deal at a resort in Bali that was almost too good to pass up. I booked 7 nights at Alila in Seminyak and have to say the resort was fantastic along with dealing with Asia Escape Holidays all transactions ran so small from emails and confirmations to check inn. I am already back on your website looking for our next holiday. Once again Asian Escape Holidays Thank you very much.

So we have been waiting 16 months for our refund, we were told that after 12 months if we still can't travel we would be refunded our money.
They told us that they are waiting on the hotel in Fiji to release the money,so I contacted Fiji and they already released the money a month ago.

Don't trust these people.

Asia Escape Holidays Review.

We recently booked a 27 day holiday beak to the UK at very short notice, 48hrs to be exact. We were lucky enough to have the services of the operations manager Peter Dolman, given our late request.

He handled our booking in a very professional and friendly manner, he took out any stresses in the process and made it painless, fun and an exciting thing to be part of, a very good start to our holiday.

Peter took care of our flights, car hire and travel insurance. With all the documents ready for pick up the following day, outstanding service; our holiday was without fault and a dream to be honest.We would not hesitate to recommend their services to anyone.

One last thing, our care hire was booked through Avis; who Asia Escape Holidays recommend and we found out why, outstanding customer service. We were given a free upgrade from a Hyundai Ioniq to a Peugeot 3008 SUV Auto, a wonderful surprise and much easier to fit Mums wheel chair in; greatly enjoyed by us all.

Have been waiting for a refund due to covid for over 8 months. Contact Asia Escape, phone says to email them. Email them 6 times, no reply. Will never book another holiday if this company is involved. Stay away at all costs.

I have been on many holidays booked through Asia Escape and each time have received the best service ever,, nothing is too much trouble for them to assist.
On one holiday to Phuket we were supposed to be travelling to Bangkok but as there were riots there which happened to be near hotel we were going to be staying at we decided not to go..
So approached the reception desk at our hotel to see if it was possible to stay a few extra nights there
And they were so rude and were going to charge the earth , from memory I think it was about $ 300 per night,, anyway we contacted Carlene from Asia Escape and within half an hour she had organised everything,, we had 4 more days In Phuket plus our flights etc had been changed.amd she emailed the new itinery to us
Carlene organised it all and we were so grateful,,, other people we spoke to who were in same predicament as us had to organise everything themselves,,,
We have never forgotten the kindness shown by Asia escapes and would not travel with anyone else...
When we decide to go away we contact Carlene and she always gets back to us with options
I have spoken to a few of the other staff and they have always been. Friendly and very helpful
Our last holiday a few weeks ago we went to KL and Langkawi for our 50th wedding anniversary.
We were treated so well by hotel staff EG leaving rose petals shaped in a heart and chocolates on our bed in KL. in Langkawi it got better we were greeted with heart shaped cake. Wine flowers
I am sure Carlene must have mentioned to staff it was a special holiday ..
That is how good their service is. It's a holiday we will never forget ,,,,
Asia Escape Holidays are the BEST I highly recommend this company

Very disappointing had a credit for Bali went to finally use it to be told, should of booked by last June 2021 and no have credit has been forfeited.
Looking at reviews a lot of people are feeling the pain of this company. Hoping karma comes there way.!!!!

Still waiting for a refund for our fully refundable accommodation expenses. Communication is terrible, virtual radio silence. I could not recommend doing business with company whatsoever. AVOID.
