Great experience. Easy from start to finish.

Great day we were picked up from accomodation. Visited wineries we had not been before and the 3 course lunch was amazing. The day was really laid back and the guide let us set the pace we were never rushed out of a venue, it was good value for money.

Prior to the day one lady had to cancel. This was not a problem with the refund being received the next day,

A great experience would highly recommend,

I would recommend Unwind Tours without hesitation. I wanted to plan a tour for my birthday, and with very little time, Paul (the owner) did everything he could to make it happen. I am beyond thrilled with the service I received from Paul and the team. A big shout-out to Ian, our excellent tour guide. Thank you, team, great job!

Quite disappointed with my tour experience. Booked the Swan Valley Boutique Wine Tour through Unwind thinking we’d get to go to a range of premium wineries as listed in the tour description. Instead we were put on a Perth Sightseeing tour that had a 30 minute stop at the park, only one stop at a winery and the intention of driving us around a sporting stadium. Not what we paid for.
Ian, the driver was the only redeeming factor. He was accommodating and professional about the ‘mix up’. He added in one more winery stop and agreed to drop us at another winery while the rest of the tour went to the scheduled chocolate factory stop, which was appreciated. However the tour still missed the mark. Feedback has been given privately to the company with no response received.

We had a fabulous day out in the Swan Valley. Terry, our driver and guide, was top class. The venues we visited were all enjoyable experiences. We had great fun on this tour, thank you!

DO NOT RECOMMEND. PAID $300 FOR
Upon booking Paul and I agreed on a brewery/ spirit tour and to be picked up at our accommodation. My only stipulations were no wine, no mash and no funk. Receive a call on the Friday afternoon 2days before tour after msging Paul what was going on, to be advised there will be others on the tour now and are we ok with wineries (I said not really but was prepared to go along with it) and now we drive to meet at the vines resort Guide advises it’s just us on the tour and first stop was a winery. Once we worked out the confusion as to what Paul the owner had booked (wineries and mash) she asked where we’d like to go instead of the winery, the whole point of the tour was to be surprised and NOT have to think. So I said old young’s because that’s all I could think of.
We got into our chariot which looked like a banged up 1995 Toyota Tarago that had seen more hits than Elvis- not to mention the parts falling off inside and scratched windows.
At Old Young’s, I’m unsure why we paid for the tasting each for that- even after buying a $115 bottle of gin (not old young’s fault).
Next we were asked if we wanted to go to mash or the duckstien (I said for the 100th time- no mash so duckstien it was) Upon arrival at duckstien (see my review for them) we endured 10-15min of a number of rude staff mbrs trying to tell us our certificated assistance dog wasn’t allowed- despite showing government issued id- our guide was no where to be seen so we didn’t leave, we then had to pay for our own beer tasting paddles.
Next stop was lunch booked by owner Paul at homestead brewery. We were given a set menu which read like a kids menu. Fish and chips, burger or pizza. Pizzas looked average, so got the fish and chips- which came out overcooked and the minute bit of fish stunk so bad. The burger was pretty sad and small processed patty, naturally we told the staff who didn’t care and kept walking, so it didn’t get eaten. But hey we got one 280ml drink each that was included too!!!!
After an hour of sitting in such a noisey food hall vibe with people getting a few drinks under their belt before the cold chisel concert, we had had enough.
When we were asked where we’d like to go next, without hesitation I said back to the vines so we could drive back to our accommodation we had to drive back too.
Not only was the tour far from relaxing or fun or took the thinking out of experiencing hidden gems, it was FAR from what is advertised.
Paul msgs me to say our guide said we didn’t have a good time, but in the very next sentence said “he hoped we liked the places he picked out for us…”Whaaaatt
I replied to him on Monday and Thursday still no reply. Saw on the website it was only supposed to cost $290 each including tastings and gourmet food.
We paid $300 for a glorified Uber, then paid for our own tastings $96 and didn’t eat the “gourmet” burnt kids food.

Unwind Tours was fantastic from the get go! Paul and Ally were available to answer any and all questions for our wine tour of the Swan Valley for our Hen’s party! Paul made the tour all that more enjoyable.. we visited a number of wineries and rounded out the day with a gin tasting! We all had a great day and now want to book another wine tour down south!

Everything went according to plan. I only had one day available on a business trip and Unwind was the only company I came across who could make the trip to Margaret River in one day.

Paul picked me up early and we headed right down there.

Nice mix of wineries and the lunch was great.

Had a great time with Paul and the others on the trip. Highly recommended.
