My steak sandwich was thinner than a slice of roast beef and literally flavourless. It's basically insulting to be charged $18 for bread, lettuce and tomato.

They make you pre-pay for fuel and if you don’t use the entire amount it takes three days for the reminder to be refunded. Absolute joke.

Ordered three lots of food, the third order took over 30 minutes to come out. When we had the audacity to ask on its progress we were treated very rudely by the staff who clearly have no idea what’s going on as they didn’t even know we were still waiting for anything.

We paid $35 for a boot of a steak that took forever to come out. It was thinner than a collage girls morals and more disappointing than a denial letter from said collage. Oh and it was suppose to be with vegetables...unhappy to say I didn't eat anything cause it tasted horrible. The burnt bitter coffee I had was more appetising

Terrible Terrible and more TERRIBLE!!
Don't stop or support this company full stop! I stopped in for lunch a while ago and waited an hour for an overpriced burger with rotten salad and half burnt fries! And if that wasn't bad enough while I was waiting I noticed a short "gnome" looking chef with a beard abusing the front counter female staff who were then in tears!! I couldn't believe the arrogance and non professionalism of this guy! After I ate the crap burger (not the fries or salad) I went and complained to the girl who had been in tears, just to discover that this guy was the so-called Head Chef named Brad and was the one who cooked my lunch! Seriously where did they find this idiot. Ive been there before for dinner when the previous Head Chef was there and it was the best meal I had in a while, but I will never go back now! DONT SUPPORT THIS PLACE!

What a debacle. We arrived at the Outback Travel Centre to refuel and grab a quick snack on our way to Perth from Coral Bay. Placed an order for some toast - 45 minutes later said toast had not yet appeared. When I finally had the opportunity to speak with staff to ask what could possibly be taking so long, I was asked, "didn't the girl who took your order tell you there would be a half an hour wait?" She most certainly did not; if so, obviously the logical decision would have been f...orget the toast. The whole experience ended up adding an extra hour to our already lengthy trip. Adding insult to injury, the coffee tasted like nothing more than warmed up milk. Avoid this place like the plague.

My husband was travelling on his own late last night after having truck problems on the road. He was told he needed to join a club for $25 in order to use the shower. He offered to buy a shower along with the $200 fuel and dinner/drinks he needed. No shower allowed. Stupid rule BP! He took his business down the road to CALTEX where we are ALWAYS treated with friendly kindness and they even gave him a $5 shower and discount on his dinner as it wasn't cooked to order.

Breakfast for the 5 of us was fantastic. Fast friendly service. All meals were perfect. Two thumbs up for clean beautifully smelling toilets. Highly recommend.

Ordered the Spanish omelet under the new management. On the menu it clearly says spanish chorizo, tomatoes, onions and potatoes. What I had was not at all "spanish" with the bacon, cheese, tomatoes and onions. Clearly they should change menu if they are not planning to cook accordingly. So disappointing.
