This is my first review written ever. We did not have a good experience with Sorrento Key Travel and Cruise. It was challenging to set up a face to face meeting as the office is only open for limited business hours. We had to follow up with the agent all the time to make sure our cruise is booked and what the next steps are. We gave up and just had them finalise the cruise details and booked most of our trip before and after the cruise ourselves. We did not feel confident about the outcome if they booked it. In comparison with other travel services this company performed very poorly with customer service.
