These past 18 months of wedding planning have been such a whirlwind, but having Alice by our side made it all so much easier. From the very first video call, we both knew Alice was the one. We’d always planned on hiring a wedding planner, but after meeting Alice, we realized it was the best decision we could have made.

Wedding planning (and life in general) can be unpredictable, but having Alice there to handle it all was such a relief. She’s the perfect mix of professional, efficient, and incredibly creative. I tend to second-guess myself a lot, but Alice made everything feel so effortless. Whatever we wanted, she made it happen—and then some. She’s quick, detail-oriented, and you can tell how much she LOVES her work. It shines through in everything she does.

Exactly one month ago today was our wedding day and I will never forget the feeling when Brooke and I first saw our reception, it was STUNNING. Brooke and I are beyond grateful for Alice and can’t recommend her enough! She made our dreams come true.

This post is long overdue, but we couldn’t have asked for a better wedding planner than Alice! My partner and I were married in March 2024 and from start to finish, Alice was organized and attentive. Our wedding plans were complex and consisted of a Vietnamese tea ceremony on the morning of our wedding day as well as a traditional Chinese banquet on the following night - Alice and her team were there from 6am and stayed well past midnight to pack up shop. Thanks to her, we were able to relax and fully enjoy our celebration.

We engaged Alice for the full wedding planning service and throughout it she helped us stay on track, handled all the details, and made sure everything ran smoothly on the big day as well as helping out with the second night. My husband and I engaged Alice for her full wedding planning service in May 2022 for our wedding in November 2023.

I was deciding between a few planners based on their styling and went with Alice because she was warm, open and personable over social media correspondence and email upon initial enquiry. It felt like a passion for Alice more so than a business. Like she'd be my best friend, hype woman, straight talking confident when needed. And she was all those things and more.

Alice talked me off many cliffs and reigned my spending in when necessary (thanks Alice). She got to know my husband and I and made sure we were getting exactly what we wanted and adjusted things seamlessly because she knew us so well. She added beautiful personal touches to our wedding that made it even more special than we expected.

She was always available to answer my questions, from the big things to the small. A few days before the wedding I told her offhand that I wanted shisha at my wedding after she posted a highlight reel of her wedding which included shisha. Almost immediately a quote was sent through for that to happen. Of course I said yes and it was a hit at the wedding!

To brides thinking of planning/styling/on the day co-ordination services, I'd highly recommend spending the money and trusting Alice with your wedding.

Alice provided great advice to us along the way. She gave insight into whether pricing with vendors was good, where she thought we should invest money and not so that we had a beautiful wedding that matched the aesthetic we wanted. A big one as well, Alice was at the venue the next day to bump out all the suppliers and collected our personal belongs that were left so we could spend the day after relaxed and stress free.

Words can't say thank-you enough for the past year and a half and all the effort and love Alice put into our special day.
