Mary at Naturaliste Travel was amazing with helping us book our 2023 New Zealand trip! I had never used a travel agent before as I thought they came with a lot of extra costs, however this was not the case at all. Mary planned almost every part of our trip which made the process so easy and smooth, and gave us so many options and communicated with us the whole way through. We have been using this travel agent for over 15 years. Kevin and Paul have been our agents for all of that time. But all the staff their have been excellent. Have just returned from an overseas holiday to visit my son and his family. Naturaliste Travel were extremely professional, knowledgeable and helpful. They were able to assist me through all aspects of leaving and returning to Australia under our complex and ever changing Covid mandates. Made my travelling very much easier.
