Hisco got pretty much everything hospitality you after. We love coming here is it easy parking, got most of the stock and staff are nice.

They got everything from dine in, takeaway and hotel.

The price also very reasonable.

I have been coming to reward for years as they supply the company I work for with uniforms, every time the customer service is awful. Made to feel like a burden, asked to come back another day because it's 1 hour before closing (was there at 1pm, closes at 2pm but advertised online as 4pm)...

They insisted on seeing ID because my name is not short for anything and they were worried I was getting a nickname on my shirt (why would that matter?)
Every time is just a hassle and no matter how friendly I am I am met with sighs, groans and eye rolls.

A colleague I work with identifies as a different gender than they were born and despite having updated ID with her new name and gender, was forced to get her old name on her uniform, despite our companies recruitment approving of the preferred name. The values of this company are beyond disappointing.

There's some interesting discount items. Unfortunately the customer service was awful ? I felt like a burden. I asked for a size of chef uniform I couldn't find and the lady was kind of pissed that I ask for help... Such a shame. Sorry for bothering and coming shopping there, won't be back.

Dodgy advertising and prices. The online website shows trade account prices only, without gst included. So gst bumps up the price another 10%.
When buying online you are paying the trade price even though you may not have a trade account + gst + shipping which is $5. When buying in store no longer are you paying trade price but retail price. So in store you are paying RRP + tax. So you can buy trade prices online without being a trade customer yet in store the retail price when you break it down comes out to be trade price + gst + $5 shipping (which you are picking up yourself so shouldn't be a contributor) + then some extra random $5 or more charge. No other store in Perth does this and no other store excludes gst in there pricing. Very Dodgy advertising and very dodgy pricing. Picking up yourself should cost less than it would getting delivered like every other store. Be honest and fair with your pricing, otherwise customers leave your store disgruntled and don't come back.

The receptionist service take a long time to proceed check out because still has a time to story telling to one customer story about family and new year party for almost 5 minutes while there 4 customer behind the queue.

What purpose taking a long time while you can smash customer time? It's not a normal day this a public holiday time that everyone walking to every retail and rushing a time

The display outside the store has some heavily discounted items. These few cups and plates at a steal of only $16 (original price was approximately $60)

When you need emergency supplies for work the staff are very responsible and helpful. A good idea is to get the product number off the website first for less common items.
