Stayed here for 3 nights, it was my birthday the 2nd night and we asked to pay for an upgrade, it was no problem and the staff we're very lovely. The room was fantastic the breakfast at Substance was on point and we loved staying here. Thanks for the great hospitality in particular Ocean and the front desk crew.

Accommodation:
The rooms were impeccably maintained and spotlessly clean. The beds deserve special mention - they provided the perfect balance of comfort and support, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The bathrooms were pristine, with excellent attention to detail in the cleaning and maintenance.

Service:
The staff truly stood out with their remarkable hospitality. Their welcoming nature made us feel immediately at home, and their helpful attitude went above and beyond expectations. Whether we needed assistance or information, the team was always ready to help with genuine enthusiasm.

Cleanliness:
The cleanliness standards throughout the hotel were outstanding. From the rooms to the common areas, everything was meticulously maintained. The housekeeping staff clearly takes pride in their work, as evidenced by the spotless condition of our room throughout our stay.

The beds and pillows in these clean comfortable rooms were luscious!||However, just a word of warning…..This hotel is promoted as a medi hotel because of its proximity to the Murdoch Hospitals. I stayed the night before my surgery and 2 nights after being discharged. However, there is no designated guest drop off. (A small poster declares there is, but at all times cars were parked there for extended periods.) I had a knee replacement so couldn’t walk any distance, or bend my leg in their wheelchair.|The carpark is 200m from the hotel entrance. The map showing how to get from the carpark is not clear. I think the staff should perhaps try using the map to navigate to the hotel in order to improve the way they communicate directions. We met 4 groups of guests who experienced similar problems. Plus the parking is $5 per hour or $25 per night. We paid $100 in parking fees for our 3 nights stay.

Tourists need to be aware this hotel is located in the suburbs, with a rail and bus service after a 500m walk. Courtyard is within a hospital complex area.
The rooms are acceptable.
As many mentioned in other reviews, the parking is a rip off. There's no guest parking at all. The huge hourly fees charged plus the method used to calculate the fee is just terrible.
Breakfast was included, eggs, toast etc but not including coffee or tea. That's extra!
Continental breakfast is charged at $25.
So would we stay there again? NO.

This establishment ranks among the finest courtyards in which I have had the pleasure of staying. Each room is meticulously maintained, complemented by an excellent restaurant and bar. The staff members exhibited a high degree of friendliness and courtesy, reflecting exemplary hospitality. I would strongly recommend this hotel to any prospective guests. Furthermore, this courtyard is exceptionally neat and clean, particularly when compared to similar courtyards in the United States, where I am originally from. It offers great value for money.

The second time I have stayed at the Courtyard Marriot & another absolutely beautiful experience! Welcomed with complementary sparkling wine or ice water, and reception could not do more to help with our last minute booking. Rooms are immaculate and impeccably designed! The security is top notch, parking easy, and on site restaurant is fantastic. I’ll be back!

Modern, good rooms. Poor Bathroom lighting. Restaurant is way overpriced but luckily there are other options within a few minutes walk. Real problem is the parking situation. You can read parking complaints since they opened and doesn't seem that management care enough to make positive changes or they would have been done by now. Parking at hotel, run by 3rd party, charges $30/day and the day starts at 6am. Depart after 6a and pay an extra $5/hr. Limited free parking on street from 6p-8a. Very good hotel with very poor parking.

I really liked how the shampoo and conditioner was provided in a large pump pack and not those little bottles! Our room was said to have two Queen size beds, however, the beds were only double size. The location of this hotel is so convenient! Best shower I've ever had, too!
