We wanted to tour Europe, self drive around the Uk. Never been before. Used Carol from T de F. This was a poor service. After paying a management fee of $125 per person, we had very little contact, unless we made contact. We had engaged a booking agent. No recommendations or advice was given for our 7 week trip. Accommodation was booked by Carol, for the whole trip. We had to contact Carol to check on the planning developments. We had no contact/msg on the day of leaving, or on return. “Safe Travels” “Welcome Home” would be a nice touch. A very disappointing experience with the agent.

Carol's willing help was invaluable to us in what we determine was the trip of a lifetime, Boston, cruise up US New England coast, Canada into St. Lawrence River, Quebec, Montreal, Toronto, Niagara and New York.
Carol is the most approachable of people and nothing is too much trouble. Her advice on upgrades were real value for money and made our trip much more comfortable and enjoyable. She was only too willing to help us with visas, a headache for us, and having travelled to the US herself her general advice was practical and sound.
We thought the Tour de Force package excellent value, hotels of high standard and comfortable, Niagara hotel overlooking the falls which makes your time in Niagara so much more valuable, likewise Times Square hotel sets you up to totally enjoy this amazing city, Holland America cruise a lot of fun and very suited to our age group. No complaints. All good

Carol is fantastic just had 3 weeks in Italy and everything went smoothly. Perfect timing with check ins/outs, trains, hotels etc couldnt have worked out better!!

Just back from an amazing trip to Hawaii and Maui completely orgasised by Carol Shaw Tour de Force Travel and once again not a flaw. Hotels, flights, pick ups, tours everything organised to a tee. Thank you so much and looking forward to our next trip with you.
