Great place for families. Rooms are clean, quiet and many have ocean views. We stay here every time we pass through from up north to Perth, and are satisfied with our stay every time. Lovely and helpful staff.

Positives

Overall clean room. Lovely staff and a good location for walks by the beach.

Negatives

Small shower, sliding door handle broken, air conditioner only in the main area requiring both bedroom doors to be open to cool off in the summer heat. Beds were metal frames with worn out/old bed sheets, pillows and blankets which could have been better for the $300 a night. The Villa had big gaps under the front door meant bugs, air, and more can get into the rooms.

It was too noisy. Loud music from the bar area played until midnight. Our room was inside one, but we could still hear loud party music. The staff said the music would definitely end before 10, but it did not. Otherwise, the room was fine, and the staff was pretty nice.

Nice little park. It's quite sheltered considering it's by the beach. All sites have an en suite. They are dated but being refurbished soon I'm told. Great price of $45 per night all year round (no seasonal pricing)

We were there for a couple of nights after quite a while on the road in the van, so needed a bit of a recharge.
Location was good as there wasn't big distances to various attractions we visited.
Can't comment on the hotel part itself, however interaction with staff was all friendly and informative.
In my view, access and sites are possibly not suited to anything much bigger than say 21' as they are a little cramped for swing room, but you may drive B doubles for a crust and not be bothered.
The caravan accommodation was fine with ensuites which despite showing age, were clean and hot.
Although dated, they are in the process of renovating a few things, but not sure re the caravan section.
Happy to go back.

Lovely position close to beach and allows for an afternoon stroll. They are upgrading the main admin building and the rooms were sensational. Easy process to check in and out. Very happy.

The person at the reception was so kind and friendly. Without his help, I don’t know if me and my friend would have had a place to stay for the night since we arrived pretty late and everything was already close. Thank you again!

Stayed in the caravan park twice in the last few weeks. New owners are doing a great job getting everything back up to a high standard, and their staff and them are very helpful, friendly and approachable. In the meantime, while the amenities (each site has an ensuite bathroom) are older, they are clean, spacious and the water is hot, hot, hot. Laundry facilities are all you need, the beach is 50 metres away and it's only 4ks into the centre of town. The atmosphere is relaxed, quiet, and stress free.
