Nicola was amazing and made booking our Europe trip completely stress-free. The hotels she secured were unbeatable for value, location, landmarks and proximity to the train stations we arrived in and departed from . She ensured we visited all our must-see cities and even helped us check off bucket-list experiences like the Glacier Express Train in Switzerland, right at the start at the opening of the season. I had just about given up on ever using Flight Centre again or give word of mouth good review. My flight with Southern China Air was changed for the 6th time to impossible dates, no matter how many times I called and spoken to Philippines call centre - I could find no one to help.

After exhausting all my option and preparing my heart to give up, I got a quotation from her. Here was an agent on the other side of Australia, does not know or have seen me at all. I explained my trouble, she was comforting, remained professional and kind, with no promises but chose to help me. She gave above and beyond. She persevered seeking a resolution till it was found.

She is a credit to Flight Centre, locally and nationally. She needs a promotion and a pay raise! She is the best ambassador for your company.

When I made a recent follow up telephone call to Flight Centre located at Claremont Shopping Centre, the call was taken by Nicola Robb. The call related to my forthcoming trip to Singapore over this Christmas period. This the first time I had spoken to her as most of my earlier dealings had been with Lauren Palmer. Michael Barrett, from Claremont's Flight Centre(WA) has been my travel consultant for the last two years. He has been outstandingI in assisting me with a trip to Paris and recently with a cruise with Cunard. Queen Elizabeth.
I have been impressed by his knowledge, his friendly approach in advising on options, his availability. to address many of my questions .
With my recent cruise ( October/ November 24) , as I had no knowledge of this type of travels :Visa / insurance requirements etc... Michael's support in the planning's was very precious.
And..and... essentially, he provided me with the peace of mind I needed If I was to have problems during the trip.
I did not worry at all about potential difficulties, and my trip was terrific.

I recently booked a trip to Bali with Josh. Although I could have booked it online myself, I wanted the security of having an agent in case something went wrong. Josh promptly responded to my email, and I was able to book and pay the next day. He provided links for all the visa requirements for Bali and even recommended some restaurants. I'm looking forward to my upcoming trip.

TIP: It’s a very busy store, so I recommend booking an appointment to see them.

I booked a one month long trip through southern Africa with Nicola and it was honestly not only the best holiday I've ever been on but the least amount of stress I've had organising one. I came to her, told her what I wanted from the trip: animals, nature, wine country, bougie and camping in the middle of nowhere. What I was met with was a well researched list of options that she worked with me to narrow down based on my budget, timings and what I wanted to see the most. She was super efficient and understood my needs and desires. I'd never been on any tours before and her knowledge was so useful and I loved all of them I went on, plus she had some good sneaky travel tips as well. On those trips I found that on all 3 I found a cheaper price than the other Aussies who had booked the same tour by themselves. Even though it's her job to make as much money from me as possible she never put me in a position where I was uncomfortable, was always well informed, and gave me options that let me finish up with a fantastic experience.
This was my first holiday in 7 years because my work is relentless and I feel like I need a second holiday after organising one, definitely going to get Nicola to organise all of my holidays from here on out.
