Julie booked us our dream holiday at a time when the world was just opening up. Julie is prompt, professional and has so much experience it made booking our trip so easy. Our trip in the US was so well catered for for by Julie. She has a great knack for understanding who you are and so the trip was simply perfect for our family of four. Julie was fantastic to deal with especially ensuring the timings of the flights and connect occurred at reasonable times. When a drive didn’t appear for pick up Julie was available in Australia to fix the issue and located the driver who was at the wrong hotel and had him come pick us up. Just the knowledge you have someone back in Australia who could fix things for you was invaluable... thanks Julie

What a lifesaver! In a crisis Julie fixed everything in a flash. I had my flight cancelled 48 hours from departure but I just had to be at my destination on time no matter what. A quick text to Julie at Bucket List Travel and Cruise and she was on it, making sure I'd get where I needed to be even when I thought all hope was lost. It's for situations like this that you can see that you really need to have a good travel agent, and Julie is just that. Booking through Julie would have been a great experience even if my flight wasn't cancelled (she is very knowledgeable and provided everything l asked for and extra little tips and information that I didn't think of), but having someone who knows what they are doing when you really need it makes all the difference. I can't recommend Bucket List Travel and Cruise enough. Thank you, Julie!

Julie is very helpful and thoughtful. I recently visited my fiancee in the Philippines and wanted to fly in a week's time and Julie was able to find really great seats on the plane and setup my itinerary and insurance. I highly recommend Julie.

Just wanted to thank Julie. We have booked many holidays with Julie and her expertise is so helpful and we are forever grateful for everything she does for us to make our holiday the best. This last holiday was a cruise for my 50th birthday and waiting in our stateroom was a bottle of champagne and chocolate dipped strawberries yummo!!!!
