They charged me wrong pirce for one item and i asked them to check and refund. Then i questioned about the Gst the way they explained is not respect customer. Their behaviour is not patience and angry. They said they never see anyone ask them that question about gst like me. They are not professional at all. They told me that the way i asked them is rude?
Is it rude when you don’t understand about for what you paid ? and i just need the explanation from them.

I’m AGC customers and they are more professional and caring customers and their price very reasonable. Thats why agc is always busier.

I will never be back again. Their services really terrible. From the manager to the staff. Staunchly take sides.

Camperdown store needs to update its hours. Website says they're open until 5pm. I got there at 4:45pm on Friday after battling 45 mins of unusually heavy traffic & the doors were already closed & locked. The 2 cashiers ignored my knocking on the door & only opened it because another employee came back to pick up his bag. I politely explained to the older woman with dark hair that I knew exactly what I wanted & where to get it & that I would be in & out in 2 minutes but she just kept repeating "Tills Closed. Tills Closed".

I'm a regular customer, run my own bar & have spent thousands of dollars at this store in the last 3 years. I told this to the cashier & she just smirked, shrugged her shoulders & shut the door.

There are plenty of other companies selling the same stuff with pleasant, helpful staff who stick to their advertised hours. Never coming here again. Would give zero stars if I could.

Fantastic staff and great products. Am very disappointed that I was unable to buy any glassware from this store, however.
While stating that they're open to the public and displaying single glassware prices on both their shelves and website, they will only sell 6 packs to the public and prices are for larger purchases for hotels and the like.
Have just walked out of reward hospitality empty handed. I am very disappointed that this is not made clearer, especially for an individual that has had to travel out of their way to the store, for no reason.

Ordered online a bottle of syrup and a pump for that syrup (2 items in total) on the 26/9, followed up on the 13/10 when i hadnt received my order, they said it would come the following friday. waited for it to come on the 26/10 called again and they said one of my items was on back order. never received an email regarding this, called again on 1/11 as i still hadnt received my order to which they said it was in the warehouse but hadnt been dispatched. ended up cancelling my order on 3/11. I have never had such bad and unorganised service in my life and im a frequent online shopper.

Great industry price and quality on their own branded product.

The gentalman normally works at the back of the warehouse is very helpful each time. The other older guy with white hair has little interest in their customer's need. He did offer to order something in for me, but before that he didn't check they actually have the stock in house, just not on the shelf! Lucky I asked a second staff saved myself a 2nd trip. Can't believe the company didn't keep Michael Al Skaff who provids exceptional customer service every single time, and still keeps someone lack of efficient at this point of time.

Listing prices without gst is ridiculous! It's open to the members of the public and I had to pay more than anticipated when I had already committed to purchase. Not happy with this change in policy. Otherwise okay store w good selection if you are a business, but not great for everyday public
