Dj Susant, our fusion wedding without your talent would have been boring & the crowd loved every song & everyone danced the night away. Susant even played a couple of extra songs while the venue was taking down tables because we were so hyped from the music. Susant you really made our wedding weekend a huge party & that is what we really wanted.

Mahendra and his team managed both our South Indian wedding ceremony and modern fusion reception, and they were absolutely fantastic! My Elite Events was in charge of both decoration and event coordination for both events. The decor was stunning! Our parents were all very impressed at the elegant ambience MEE was able to achieve!

Mahendra was great at communicating during both events and was always readily available. He managed many tasks himself so that the bride’s and groom’s side could focus on the events at hand. Best of all, the team was flexible to any small inconveniences that occurred during the day. Everything happened in a timely manner. Having the MEE team reduced our stress tremendously!

MEE also gave terrific vendor recommendations, from catering to dhol to the DJ. The DJ we went with was DJ Susant, and he was incredible! Everyone, both young and old, was dancing! Our friends were raving about the DJ for weeks after the wedding! Overall, we will be highly recommending My Elite Events to all our friends and family.

We all know that planning a wedding is very difficult, and things don’t always go as planned. For us, it seemed like nothing was going as planned, until we met Mahendra dai and his family at My Elite Events! After that, it seemed like all the stars began to align and we were destined to meet Mahendra dai and his Elite family who helped us in every step of the way to truly make this one of the greatest experience of our lives. Let me explain.

Around February/March of 2022, we began our search for vendors such as wedding and reception venues, decorator, planner, catering, etc…. First, we found our venues for the wedding and reception, then our caterer, DJ, Photographer, and then our planner/decorator/coordinator. Everything was going as planned, but during our final meeting, about a month before the wedding, as we were finalizing the decorations and planning, our decorator/planner told us that he would not be able to attend the events and also could not give us the exact decorations due to family issues, but his company will be able to do the simpler decorations, and he would provide us a planner who wasn’t experienced, so at that point we were getting really nervous. That weekend, we had gone to a friends baby shower, and their decorations looked amazing, so we had to know who did it. It turns out, it was done by My Elite Events. That night all we could think about was the decor and how beautiful it was.

Next morning, my fiancée woke up and started looking through his Instagram page, and she loved all the decorations that he had done for all the lucky couples. So she asks me if it’s okay to switch our decorator and planner, and I think we both knew the answer to that. She calls his office immediately, and thankfully he picks up the phone, and by the luck of the stars, his schedule was empty on the weekend of our wedding, which was in a month!!

From our first conversation with Mahendra dai, we could tell how passionate he was about his job and knew right away that he would pull us in the right direction. In fact, I don’t think he even considers a job, it is something him and his family genuinely loves doing, and enjoys every minute of it. On top of his passion for weddings and the stories that comes with each couple, he was very engaged through the entire process. He could go on for days with stories about different weddings he has planned, and it gave us a lot of hope and insight on what we needed to do and what we needed to expect. He literally helped us through every step of the way. From decorating, to coordinating with all our vendors, and coordinating the wedding and reception itself, he has truly made our wedding experience, the most amazing experience of our lives! He was very flexible with changes that we wanted, and was ready to either hop on a call or meet at his warehouse to see the decor that he had and which colors would go well together. Words cannot describe how grateful we are to have met him and his family! So if you’re getting married, or have any special events, we highly recommend My Elite Events!
