Absolutely incredible experience, learning new things ( languages, cuisines and more). I and my kids had such a wonderful time together with our Japanese student who was absolutely amazing and kind and friendly. We cooked together and watched movies together and went shopping together and all in all had an incredible time together. With the help of Gold educational tours, we had lots to do on the bucket list, going to the city ( Kings park ), getting souvenirs and driving all around.

We had a wonderful experience hosting a Japanese student this month. The Gold team were extremely professional, organised and communicative making the experience so easy and stress free. We have made some wonderful memories with a new friend whilst, learning more about Japanese culture.

My children absolutely love having a teenager in the house, and they love learning about their language, culture, cooking and origami. They also love showing them what they like to do such as playing Games bouncing on the trampoline and playing outside

Was an amazing experience to host a super nice student. We wish we had more time to show her more of the South West. Really shows the things we take for granted really make a big impression. Hosting Japaneese students was an amazing experience for myself and my family. We felt very privileged to have them stay with us for the week. Homestay made this whole experience easy, they had a great drop off and pick up point and flexible times. They informed us what was needed for the students everyday and drop off times. I hosted 2 young Japanese students in January. It was my first time hosting and I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The girls were friendly, respectful and easy to have in my home. They participated in our activities and tried their best to communicate with everyone. I would love to do this again in the future.
Communication with the coordinators leading up to the visit was prompt and easy.
We were given some money to help cover expenses. It didn’t quite cover what we spent but it helped.
I feel the students would benefit from another day with the host families, as it was very short and the students were very tired after the flight and bus trip.
Nevertheless, I enjoyed having them and the young ladies brought a lot of joy and fun to the household.
