Skye was super helpful in helping my mother rebook her flight after she barely missed her original flight. She made us feel a lot better about the situation. Thanks a lot. 🙂 (also, the original flight stopped halfway and was rerouted back due to engine problems… what a relief!).

This is the worst travel agency I have ever dealt with. Their fees are exorbitant and service terribly poor. They misspelled my name on one of the bookings, leading to a $180 name change fee (even though I supplied the correct documents). Worst part is the airline only actually charges $50. On top of that they are incredibly sluggish to respond. On a separate instance they took 3 days to provide me with a quote that I could have easily got on google. Please do yourself a favour and avoid them at all costs!

The agent didn’t advised me there would be no fees if I canceled a booking 30mins after I had made it. Then I get a bill for over $230.00
