Very happy with the level of service provided by this company, I feel they went above & beyond what would be expected from a travel agency. Any queries while we were away were so promptly answered & sorted out very quickly. The package we booked was amazing value & we really enjoyed our first overseas holiday in many years. Having used luxury escapes in the past - we rate Festival Travel very highly, they are a much better option - we felt Festival Travel actually care about their customers receiving value for money & enjoying their time away stress free!

This company is totally unprofessional, after informing people of a cruise cancellation, people were given a choice of refunds or credits for a future cruise. Stated that refunds would be 60 days, so far still haven’t received a refund in 90 days. Numerous emails that have been sent have remained unanswered. Also retaining $110 for services that they have supposedly done for the initial cruise booking, which was a confirmation email of the booking, they did say that the $99 deposit was non refundable, but the cruise company cancelled not us. They even still took a payment on the day the cruise was cancelled. I’d never use this company again.

I was really quite disappointed with my experience of this company. The specific fees for amendments or cancellations charged by their supplier are not provided until after you book. They have some great deals, but be wary of the information provided at the time of booking as it’s not clear.

In my case, I wish I’d booked the hotel directly, as I have done previously, which would have allowed me to make changes (at no cost) up until the day before the stay.
