Clare was my day-of-coordinator for my November wedding which consisted of running the rehearsal, the wedding day, and setting up the ceremony/reception space. Her attention to detail and expertise really helped the planning process and the day-of run so smoothly! I explained to her my vision of the day and she executed perfectly. Not only was she in charge of making sure the day went well, but she also made sure to decorate the entire reception and ceremony spaces! I ordered my own flowers wholesale to save money and all I had to do was make sure the flowers/greenery were trimmed and organized - Clare & team handled the rest. Because of them I was really able to enjoy the entire day without having to worry about logistics. I would choose Completely by Clare over and over and highly recommend anyone to do the same! Clare and team were great! Months and weeks prior to the wedding she was very commutative and answered all our questions and got a good understanding as to what we envisioned for our special day. Two weeks prior to the wedding, she also kindly drove down to see where our wedding was taking place to get a good understanding and feel for space. Additionally, she also provided a detailed timeline to us (which included all the vendors) and was super helpful to have the day of.

We hired Completely by Clare to be day-of coordinator for our wedding. Even though it was a new venue for them, Clare and Mackenzie were both super-helpful: They arrived at the same time as the caterers to help set up, made sure we were all set to go before the ceremony, kept our timeline moving along as we wanted, kept the wedding party in the right places at the right times, were flexible when we made last-minute changes based on the mood of the evening, helped clear everything up at the end of the night, and overall were just extremely pleasant & efficient to work with. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a coordinator!
