Gwen went above and beyond through the entire process of our wedding. She is so kind, cares deeply about making sure your day is beautiful, and shows her clients that she loves doing it. Thanks to Gwen, all of the pieces came together perfectly for our day.

Whatever bump in the road may arise, Gwen has come prepared! She is organized and professional. Once we reached our wedding day, we did not have to worry about any logistics because Gwen had it covered! She created an environment where my husband and I could solely focus on each other and our day.

Gwen is such a genuinely lovely person to work with. She is very affordable and well worth every penny and then some! Right away, I knew we would get along. She was punctual, detail-oriented, and flexible.

It was such a relief to have someone there to help orchestrate the day. Even as a former project manager myself, there were so many things that happened day-of that I did not anticipate! Gwen was always there to wrangle a groomsman, grab a forgotten lipstick, or answer vendor questions.

She even helps with the rehearsal and set up/tear down!

We sincerely could not have pulled it off without her!

Gwen is an absolute ROCKSTAR!

Gwen made my wedding day meet all of my expectations and more. I literally didn’t stress about a single thing throughout the day or at the end of the night because I knew she had it covered. She nailed the decor set up, organized all the people, and let me disconnect from the planning and just have fun. She even ran through the ran TWICE to grab items from my Airbnb that I forgot.

Gwen is the absolute best coordinator you could have for your wedding or event! She thinks of every single detail, she has so much knowledge and experience, and she is so kind and fun. She has worked in a bridal shop so she knew exactly how to fluff the dress and help me get into it. She handled all logistics and helped the whole weekend run so smoothly. I didn’t have any stress or to worry about a single thing and I owe that to Gwen. When my family was not following photographers instructions she was able to step in and help guide them. My dress tore and she had a sewing kit in her emergency kit. She took all the decor down for us and boxed it up. She took behind the scenes photos for us so we would have photos and videos right away. It’s been a few days since our wedding and I have had so many people give me compliments on how great she was. I absolutely recommend Gwen and MidNorth Weddings.
