I cannot stress enough how unprofessional and disastrous my experience was with Nayab Events for my wedding. From the very beginning, it was a nightmare.

First, we were informed just days before the wedding that the venue we booked had sustained damage and that we had to relocate to a subpar alternative. The new venue was in horrible condition and did not meet our expectations at all.

On the day of the wedding, things only got worse. The food we had ordered was not delivered due to issues with the chef, whom we were assured was reliable. As guests arrived, there were no appetizers in sight, and we were left scrambling. To add insult to injury, the owner of the company, who was supposed to be our DJ, was missing because he was off trying to track down the food that was delayed by 2-3 hours.

We had to make do with a DJ we had never met before, which was far from ideal. The bridal and groom suites were locked and inaccessible because Walid and Sobia of Nayab Events did not communicate properly with the owner when booking the alternative venue for us. This forced my fiancé and me to prepare in a cramped hallway near a dumpster. The restrooms were equally unprepared, lacking basic necessities like toilet paper and paper towels.

When the food finally arrived, it was served in paper products instead of the elegant dishware we were promised. Serving our guests in such a manner was not only embarrassing but felt completely unacceptable given we had spent over $12,000 on this event.

The issues continued with our other events, including the mendhi and valima. The decorations we had requested were not present, and the stage decor was broken, posing a safety risk to our guests. It was heartbreaking to see my mother-in-law in tears over the chaos.

To make matters worse, the event planners showed up in pajama pants, which was not only disrespectful but also inappropriate for a formal occasion. This behavior added to the embarrassment we felt in front of our guests.

Throughout this ordeal, Walid and the team were rude and dismissive. They refused to engage with our parents, even shooing them away when they tried to voice concerns. Communication broke down entirely, with them blocking our calls as we tried to resolve the growing issues.

No refund or compensation was offered for the countless problems we faced. I would strongly advise against hiring Nayab Events for any important events. They clearly lack the professionalism and organization needed to run a business, and our experience was nothing short of a disaster. I would never recommend their services to anyone.

I got my event hosted by them!!!They were super amazing and our event was sucha Success. Everything from decor to food and the DJ was on point. DJ knew how to keep the party going. I am definitely doing my next events with them. They have a great team!! I would recommend you guys try them for your next event aswell. My experience was 10/10. Loved the decor for mehndi! Felt like I was back in Pakistan, and of course the DJ!!!! Ahh man thank you for such an amazing night everyone had a blast. Definitely recommending you guys to everyone I know. Thanks again!
