The best decision Monte and I made in our wedding planning was to hire Tara of Lotus Events. We both work full time and really needed her help to get us over that finish line! Tara was so kind and generous with her time. We were married at my parents' home in Austin and so it was not a ready-made venue. Tara was so warm, friendly, and respectful with my older parents and helped us manage the special considerations that come with turning a private residence into a celebratory setting. We already had a few vendors we knew we wanted to work with, but were clueless about a lot of the other logistics and vendors - Tara was able to give us some A+ recommendations based on her experience. Finally, the biggest complement I can give is that I never bothered to check the time once during our wedding day, Tara and her assistant Anna simply moved us seamlessly through the entire evening. I felt so relaxed and it was magic!
