YWYW was so helpful and made the wedding planning process so easy! I booked their month of coordinator package and boy am I glad we did! I do a lot of event planning for work, but didn’t want to have to worry about it on my wedding day. Up until the month before I was communicating with Stefanie, owner, who made sure everything was on track. I wanted a coordinator who was an expert and that is exactly what Stefanie is! She was always available with any questions I had. With this package, Stefanie works with you up until the actual month of where she assigns another coordinator for the actual rehearsal/ wedding day.

I was nervous to not have Stefanie, but lucky for me Jolene was just as amazing!!! We had spoken on the phone before the wedding week and walked through the timeline together. I finally met her the night of the rehearsal and she was right away unloading my decor in her car to take it off my hands For the day of, I didn’t even have to ask about something before it had already been taken care of! She was so calm and on top of things it made our day so much more enjoyable! Cannot thank the YWYW team enough!

I took a leap of faith when booking Your Wedding Your Way as my day of coordinator - and I only say that because I didn't talk to any other coordinators (and I can tell you now that I didn't need to!). I read their website description of who they are: fun, passionate, enthusiastic, admittedly geeky, boy band loving, food craving, margarita tasting, concert going, chick flick watching, karaoke singing fools; and I was immediately sold.
The first time I spoke to Stefanie it was clear she knew what she was doing. Stefanie was great at talking me down off the ledge a few times when the planning got tough, but what stuck out to me the most was that it always felt like she was in my corner and would go to bat with anyone (within reason, of course) in order to help make my vision a reality.
I also worked with one of her lead coordinators, Cara, who facilitated our rehearsal the Friday before. Cara and Stefanie were both on site the day of the wedding and I truly don't know what I would have done without them there. What I do know, is that my wedding went off without a hitch and everything was exactly as I had envisioned!
Oh, and there's another line on their website about their team becoming your best friend during the planning process - it's completely true. As soon as I talked to each of them, it felt like I had known them for forever.
Stefanie and Cara were professional, knowledgeable, and flexible - ALL things you should look for and want in a coordinator. If you haven't already booked a coordinator, reach out to them ASAP - you won't regret it!

I only have two bits of advise for any couple looking to get married 1) marry the love of your life and 1) hire Stefanie from your wedding your way as your wedding coordinator. If you follow these two bits of advise you will with out a doubt have a better wedding than you ever imagined possible .

My husband and I got married while I was in the middle for graduate school and Stefanie worked around my schedule to make sure everything was planned in a way that would not add stress to my husband and I's already busy lives.

Stefanie and Joleen made sure that our wedding day was a dream come true. I seriously attribute how great my wedding was to having fabulous coordinators and marrying my best friend!

Our wedding was originally scheduled for April of 2020. Due to Covid-19, of course, like many people, our wedding had to be rescheduled. Stefanie was wonderful throughout the hopeful and fun process of planning our original wedding (before we knew we were going to have to postpone). She helped us with the exciting and somewhat stressful processes and really streamlined it and made it as easy on us as possible.

When is did come time for the heartbreaking decision, Stefanie helped us again through that whole process with sympathy and still a smile on her face for hope for the future. Our rescheduled wedding date was March of 2021. Actually would've been today. We again could not proceed with the wedding due to Covid, and this time, we decided just to cancel outright. Stefanie coordinated the cancellations and any refunds/credits with all our vendors, and never made us feel guilty or worse (than we already felt). She helped us with every aspect of the wedding planning through the rescheduling through the final cancellation.

Stefanie has been wonderful, responsive, kind, sympathetic, hopeful, and flexible with our needs and wants in every way. We could not have asked for a better experience with a wedding planner, despite the sad ultimate outcome.

On a side note, we did get married, but it was not the original large wedding we had planned. Even for the living room wedding we did have though, Stefanie found us a judge to come to our house at the very last minute to perform the ceremony. She truly goes above and beyond for her clients!

Stefanie is just the best! She was really helpful in so many ways, and I knew I could rely on her for everything. I do event management for a living, and I knew I needed someone I could really trust so that I could let go and really enjoy the whole process. Stef lived up to every expectation! The whole process was easy and transparent, and I could be as involved as I wanted. The day of the wedding everything was perfect, and even if something did come up I definitely didn’t even know! She helped with all the big stuff, but even little things too that really made a difference in the end. It’s been a year now since the wedding and I still miss her and remember fondly what a great job she did.

This team will make sure your wedding goes flawlessly. The people at Your Wedding, Your Way are a joy to work with. They're professional, relatable, and a calming presence at the wedding - you can rest assured that they've handled everything. I worked with Stef, who's hilarious, detailed, and kind, before the wedding and with Cara, who's equally awesome, on the day-of. I couldn't recommend this team more. I'd recommend the full-night package. Though it may be tempting to save some money and do the early leave package, you'll realize that 1) this team is so great you'll want them there the entire time and 2) the end-of-night wrap up is more than you'd expect.

Stefanie and her team absolutely crushed it at our wedding! We hired Your Wedding, Your Way for their 'month of coordination' services. They did a great job reviewing all of our contracts, making sure we had taken care of all the details, building a diagram and timeline for the day of, saving us a bit of money by finding some mistakes, and coordinating the day of flawlessly. Honestly, everything went so well that my other friends who had just been married were saying 'man I wish I had hired your wedding planner'. The team also dealt with last minute emergencies like running out of an ingredient for our signature drink, and went to go get more during a slow point in the night. In addition, these guys are a great value! Significantly less expensive than competitors offering the same month of services. Don't think about it--just book these guys!

I got married using the full planning package. I cannot stress enough how much I recommend Stef and her team. I live in California and they made planning my wedding easy and fun. With the use of Google docs and emails I felt secure through the whole process that our day was planned for every detail. Seriously, this team is amazing.
