We cannot express how grateful we were to have Abby as our wedding planner. She worked with us from the very beginning when it came to planning meetings with our busy out of state schedules. Abby made the entire planning process so much easier and enjoyable with her kindness and patience. During planning she set realistic timelines and goals for us as a couple and kept things organized, which was definitely needed when were busy with other aspects of our lives.

Hiring Abby was the best decision we made for our daughter’s wedding! Since our daughter lives out of town, but wanted to have her wedding in Kansas City, we knew we needed to hire a wedding planner. She was invaluable for the yearlong planning process and the coordination of the wedding events. Abby has a calm personality and demeanor. She is extremely professional, friendly, has great problem-solving skills and is attentive to details. One example of Abby’s problem-solving skills was evident when our ice cream truck for the reception cancelled two weeks before the wedding. Abby knew how important it was to the groom to have soft serve ice cream at the reception, so she worked her magic and found us another ice cream truck that not only had more choices for our guests but was even more cost effective!

Abby has worked in the hospitality field for several years. She has a vast knowledge of the wedding industry including numerous vendor relationships. This knowledge and experience allowed her to offer us a variety of vendor options.

Going into the wedding weekend we knew Abby would not let anything slip through the cracks and that she had everything under control. This gave us the opportunity to thoroughly enjoy every magical minute of our daughter’s wedding without stress or anxiety.

Abby embraced planning our daughter's wedding with so much warmth, knowledge and enthusiasm, she not only took the pressure off us, but allowed us to enjoy the planning process! A few of the many important items that Abby helped us with were: finding the perfect venue, matching us with excellent vendors (she has many contacts in the industry), providing many suggestions and options for decorations and where to purchase them and attending the meetings with vendors to ask questions we would not have thought of (photography, food, music, wedding dresses, limo, cake, flowers, etc.). She also stayed in touch and followed up with our chosen vendors for the entire year of planning.
Abby kept in constant contact via email, text and in-person meetings and always provided quick responses to questions. She planned the schedule for the wedding day, made sure each detail was taken into account, and was present for every minute. Most importantly, Abby allowed me to enjoy the process as mother-of-the-bride. She alleviated so much stress and helped keep the bride calm. It is hard to imagine a more perfect weekend without Abby in the mix. Our daughter met Abby when she was part of a wedding that Abby coordinated. She knew then, that Abby was the right gal when her turn came around. We hired Abby to be the 'day of' coordinator. The reality is that she was the 'month of' coordinator and she made the last month absolutely stress free! Abby understood our vision from the beginning, offered cost saving ideas and had the answers to questions we didn't know we had. We had a major glitch with some of our printed material (MY fault). Abby found my mistake at the rehearsal. She made a couple of phone calls and new programs magically appeared in time for the ceremony the next day. Abby is a great communicator, weighs in with the wisdom of real experience, is super organized and fun to work with. I would hire her again in a minute.

Everyone knows how stressful planning weddings is. Words cannot describe helpful and amazing it was having Abby as our planner & coordinator. She will move mountains to make sure your big day is exactly how you want it to be. Honestly, I was the kind of bride that wasn't great with the details and I overlooked a lot. We started working with Abby 6 weeks out from our wedding. But she went above and beyond for me way before those 6 weeks started.

I met with her 8 months before and she laid out everything I needed done with a timeline in that first meeting. She was periodically checking in, helping out where I needed it, keeping me organized, offering me ideas & suggestions and so much more. Once we had her full time we were always meeting to discuss schedule, vendors, attending vendor appointments, etc. I really couldn't have done it without her.

To make a long story short on the day of my wedding, the transportation I booked to my ceremony didn't show. Abby not only drove me and my mom to the Church, but organized rides for all of my bridesmaids to get there on time. I will never forget that and I will always be SO grateful. She is so talented, professional and fun to work with. I am so grateful to have gotten to know her through this process. Abby thank you so much for everything, we could not have done it without you!
