I cant say enough about Marisa's Travel Agency. They are truly professional and are happy to go above and beyond the call of duty. We explained what we needed and nothing was too much. We also bought luggage from them bcz our daughter loved the funky styles. We travelled all thru Europe with them, many people commented on them and they are still sturdy and sitting waiting for when we book our next trip with Marisa's Travel.. I booked with Marisa travel agency for our trip to Thailand. Marisa and her team were efficent anf proffesional. Everything was done for us. From tickets to accomodation transfers. I have no hesitation in recommending Marisas travel agency for holiday bookings. I also bought luggage and it was top quality.

Marisa's travel agency was a good idea when we first started but turned out to be a mistake. We traveled as a group and she booked the fights LAST so that we wouldn't be able to sit together, we had young kids sitting alone! Once we got to our location our rooms were seperate and across the other side of the resort. The entire trip was a let down from the carry on bags she gave us breaking (so we had to spend money on another one!). Lastly on the flight back home half of us were on one plane and half on a different plane. Completely irresponsible and ridiculous we had little kids!!! extremely disappointing

You would think that when dealing with a travel agent they would know that as an AUS citizen on a ESTA visa that you cannot stay in the US for more than 90days.
This deceptive agent advised that it was okay to stay for 97days!!!
Then when going back to rectify the issue (which needed to be paid for $220 - even though it was their fault)
They have once again booked the flights for 91days in the US which has to rectified and paid for again!!
Worst customer service and attention to detail and not putting the customers SAFETY first.
Honestly it's very upsetting knowing that you pay an admin fee for them to get things right for you and and they screw you over twice!!
Worst travel agent!
