Kelsi and her team were beyond amazing!! From the moment we booked her as our wedding guide, she had an answer to every question, concern, or worry I had and always made sure every decision I made was the right one! She made our planning so much easier and it was so nice to have her quick communication whenever something came up! On my wedding day, I had absolutely nothing to worry about! My entire day was smooth sailing thanks to Kelsi and my venues team! Kelsi had everything handled and really brought our vision to life as far as our decor on our special day. She also made all the vendors were all set and ready to go on our special day. It was such a pleasure to not have to worry about anything going wrong or making sure things are where they are suppose to be because Kelsi already had it done!! My Husband and I recently had the pleasure of working with Kelsi for our wedding in St. Augustine. We live out of town, two time zones away but even with the distance, she went above and beyond to make sure our wedding was a truly unforgettable experience, meeting with vendors on our behalf, even dropping off a deposit in person so we didn’t need to mail it and staying on top of everything for us. 

From the very beginning, she took the time to understand our vision for the wedding. She was always available to answer our questions and offer guidance, and her attention to detail is truly impressive. Her eye for detail gives her the ability to turn into much more than just a planner. It's like hiring a designer and planner all in one which really showed when everything came together. Kelsi and I teared up together during our sneak peak of the dinner set up, it was so magical and perfect!!
On top of executing a truly enchanting wedding, Kelsi’s ability to help budget our vision and help select vendors that would deliver what we were looking for within that was the greatest gift. She found us the BEST vendors and was able to negotiate on our behalf to stretch our budget as much as possible while not sacrificing quality.
On the day of the wedding, Kelsi and Heather made sure everything was seamless and smooth. We had a relaxing, fun, stress-free day all thanks to their preparation and skill. Our guests were blown away by the entire experience, and we couldn't have been happier with how everything turned out. We will forever be grateful for the beautiful day she created for us! It was all truly a dream!!

Our story is a little different than other reviews you'll read, so take the time to stop at this one to see the skills Kelsi can offer that will set her apart from other wedding planners.

Initially I reached out to Kelsi to help us in 2020 with our wedding when we were told our venue required a coordinator day of. My mother and I had planned to do this solely ourselves but boy am I glad they require a coordinator. Kelsi and I played high school soccer for 4 years together, so the choice to ask for her help was a no brainer. We sat down with Kelsi at a park, her boy and mine, to talk wedding. I mean come on... what wedding planner meets you at a park to allow your kids to play while you plan your dream wedding? I digress.
After discussing our plan for the wedding, what we had and the vision, Kelsi left me feeling as if my day was her sole priority. That never changed during the two-year process, including a date change and a baby pushing our wedding out a year. Two years of planning, dreaming, collecting, hunting, and growing my dream wedding... Indescribable the joy I felt walking in my reception space to view before everyone else. The best part, I handed Kelsi day of a trailer 17ft in length, PACKED full of plants and decor my mother and I acquired for those two years. Kelsi never saw an item outside of text photos.
Kelsi and her assistant delivered in a big way. Beautifully elegant, timeless and earthly. Everything I dreamed of and more!

We hired Kelsi as a day of coordinator and what we got in return was pure excellence. Kelsi was incredibly helpful from the moment we hired her. She provided recommendations when asked but was never pushy with them. She helped create our dream reception space when there wasn't a clear vision, just a few ideas here and there. She managed our vendors, stood up for us when we were wanted something - the best way I can describe her is she just makes things happen! When we had last minute issues arise right before the wedding and I mentioned them to her in passing - she took care of them, without being asked. Our wedding was beautiful, more than we could've asked for and it truly is because of Kelsi's incredible talent. We can't say enough good things about Kelsi, she's your girl and we are so thankful we found her!

I cannot say enough good things about our wedding planner, Kelsi! We hired her for our rehearsal dinner at The White Room and for our wedding at the Lightner Museum in St. Augustine. After several phone meetings she put together not one, but two of the most beautiful design guides (because I couldn't make up mind) that truly captured my entire vision. She was in contact with all my vendors throughout the entire process to make sure everything was ordered and ready for the big day. Kelsi went above and beyond our expectations and truly brought her design guide to life. She is so easy to get along with and is a calming presence on the big day. We are so thankful for her hard work and making our wedding the best day ever!
