We had Angela Italia organise out holiday. What a professional lady and super quick. We told her our price point and where we have been looking and she organised our whole holiday including a car and insurances within 2 hours. Amazing work Angela. The agent I used Kristiarne Sauer from MTA travel.
I had to cancel my trip because of personal matters. I paid the $143 non refundable fee that Kristi charges and also the "optional" $75 fee for the mobile app. I have tried multiple times to get in touch with Kristi requesting a refund of $75 and she said "As outlined in the original email, the fee is non-refundable ."

Her original email actually says:
"As I mentioned on the phone since the pandemic, I now charge a non-refundable $143 per person itinerary planning fee to be on my books for international holidays. Access to the travel app is now optional, this is $75 if you would like this feature included for your trip (it takes me a lot of time to manually load everything in there)."

Kristi has since stopped responding to my emails and has left me no choice but to leave an disappointed review.
I suggest if you choose to use her service, not to pay for the mobile app upfront.

Following on from this:
I was asked to remove this original review from Facebook when she finally decided to contact me so I did assuming we would have a positive outcome. She has since blocked me on Facebook, and again stopped responding to my emails. She didn't want me to tarnish her false 5 star review.

I had an average experience with MTA. I ended up calling flight centre and they were much more helpful with what I wanted for my holiday. The main issue was around payment method for flights, after agreeing on cost and flights, the communication how to pay, direct debit or payID was not clear. This resulted in missing out payment on that Friday due to closing hours. I then didn't get much communication back until the Tuesday, I was greeted with a phone call saying the flights had increased by $600 with my airline. I then looked up my flights online that Tuesday, they were the original price as quoted. So I decided to book them myself and save $600, makes sense? My advice book things yourself.

I have just had the pleasure Of booking our trip with MTA travel in Nerang. Jacqui C and Michelle were so easy and accommodating to deal with. I had flight credits to use and managed to book around the airlines nuances. They secured a fantastic accommodation and transfer deal. We are so excited as only booked last Friday and we are off this Thursday.

To book our recent trip to Vietnam, we used our local rep, Sandra Sirianni from MTA. It is the first time we have used a travel agent for our overseas trips, as this one was a little more complicated.

I visited other travel agents (both large companies) and received less than impressive service! Sandra was great and patient. Living in a regional town with an international airport, she helped explore all the alternatives flying directly from our location or via a major city. She presented us with a multitude of options - the cheapest, the most luxurious, the practical - or combinations of all!

Sandra also booked our internal flights in Vietnam, as well as our accommodation. Once again, she worked hard to find what we were after - family accommodation in places not usually offering this. The Rex Hotel in Saigon was to die for! She also recommended many places to visit in Vietnam so we could have a great experience.

The service we received from the moment we contacted Sandra, through the planning, the trip and the follow up was phenomenal. You could tell Sandra really cared that our trip was what we wanted as a family. I would highly recommend MTA as well as Sandra to anyone considering a holiday!
