Rita was rather frustratting as she stopped working at the till when she was talking and there was a lot of talking. I don'tmind chitchat if workos still being done. This is why people are loosing jobs to machines.

I have changed my review to 4 stars due to the fact that not all staff are the same at this store. The fantastic staff mentioned below should be praised for their efforts towards their customer's. There are a few other staff that have been wonderful, but I never get their names. Thank you to those who genuinely want to help and even make a small difference to someone's day. You are the kind people i try to talk with.
Gotta love click and collect! Thanks for doing my shopping. You have no idea how much I appreciate this service from coles and the care online staff take in choosing the suitable items substituted and the freshest of meat and F&V.... your customer service is great. Thank you for making life easier
A massive shout out to the in store staff, the blonde haired deli lady,(sorry, i never get your name, but thanks for helping me decide which deli meat to buy) ... to Kyle, who walked with me to show me where the item was... Chelsea and Sebastian, and a few others who always have a smile for you... no matter how they feel and the lovely online team for excellence in their approach to customer service. All of you... Looks great when nightfill has filled the shelf shame back of store and management allow this kind of mess plus store manager is rude and bullies his staff with threatening behaviour

We have two large chain stores in Manjimup. I prefer to shop in Coles Manjimup. Well set out, easy to find what I'm looking for. Staff are always helpful. The car parking is far easier to enter and exit than the other larger store in town. Thanks Coles team.
