Best Tour EVER

This would have to be the best tour my wife and I have done EVER. Definitely deserves the highest rating it has. Neil and Rob were very down to earth and made you feel like you were family and not tourists.

The accommodation in Margaret River was excellent. Lovely big clean rooms with a kitchen supplied with everything you’d need to cook a meal including a toaster. We also enjoyed the close proximity to the beach and enjoyed walking there at the end of the days tour and watching the sunset.

The tour was a great introduction to the delights of Margaret River with beautiful white sandy beaches, Mammoth Cave and the excellent local wineries, especially Redgate winery, my favourite. The host was very down to earth and not your normal snobbish wine salesperson. All the meals supplied were excellent quality too.

I especially enjoyed Neil taking us to his property in Margaret River at the end of the days touring, which was not part of the tour and allowing us to feed carrots to his beautiful horses before reaching our accommodation for the evening. A very enjoyable experience.

All in all, a wonderful way to spend a few days in Margaret River.

Travelling McLeod Tours was great. A family run business with lots of local knowledge and a well thought out itinerary were the secrets to a very successful 3 day trip to Margaret River District. Nothing was too Much trouble for our coach drivers and other staff. I would highly recommend booking this trip.

The three-day Margaret River tour departing from Perth City was the one I went on. Our tour guide, Rob, was really helpful and friendly from the beginning. Everyone on the bus loved him, and he shared his knowledge with us so we could better appreciate our voyage. Rusty then drove us back to Perth. He was wonderfully helpful and full of insightful information, so we really valued having two incredible tour guides. We were extremely fortunate. I've never taken a better trip than this one, and I wholeheartedly endorse it.

We had an incredible time touring the Margaret River and surrounding areas! The McLeod family does an outstanding job of sharing their generational knowledge and relationships with other families in the Margaret River community. We came away with a real sense of what this part of the world means to those who call it home. We look forward to future visits!

We booked the 3 day Margaret River tour Sun/Tues on 1st December with pick up from our hotel in Perth CBD.
Lincoln was our driver on day 1, Rusty on day 2. Both guides were very knowledgeable and entertaining. It was a packed itinerary with three wine tastings, a chocolate factory and coffee visit, plus a cave, coast and forest tour. The tour included two breakfasts, and three lunches. We also visited Busselton Jetty, and Leeuwin lighthouse.
It was a fabulous time, and being a small group tour (nine) we had plenty of time with our guides. Mcleods certainly went the extra mile to make sure we left with unforgettable memories of Margaret River and Western Australia. We recommend them highly.

What a wonderful 3 days spent with Neil, Rob and our small group touring beautiful Margaret River. It was the perfect mix with a variety of things to do and see with personalised experiences too! This was an amazing tour- McClouds tours in Margaret River was a tour that included so many interesting things- but most importantly the accomodation provided was perfect and all the meals they chose for us were varied and 5 star quality.The 20 seater coach we had was perfect and our 2 drivers Neil and Rob were so helpful and were giving us local information at all the locations we visited.
This was the perfect holiday and I would like to thank McLeod Tours for giving us a perfect holiday
