Probably the worst info centre we have visited in our trip around Australia. The building is new? The door is hidden, it looks closed and uninviting. No greeting. Was told by the young lady, "I don't work here so I can't tell you anything". Maps available are photocopied in B&W and unhelpful. Take a photo of the same info at the Gloucester tree and use this instead.

Friendly, helpful staff and well resourced. Love the old school building it is in! Heard wonderful stories, that as a visitor helps you to experience the towns history and feel connected. Well done Pemberton! On giving the visitor the Pemberton experience, by giving your old buildings new life.

Exceptional customer service! Leanne helped us with our Parks Pass, which we got discounted through our RAC WA membership. She also had lots of helpful information about the local area and tailored her advice for us, what we expressed interest in. There is also a little shop with souvenirs and the like and a small museum accessible with a gold coin donation.

Helpful and friendly staff. Prompt response to email enquiry before we arrived and some great suggestions for walks in the area.

I have been to Pemberton a few times, but recently we saw another side of the area I never knew existed. Until now Pemberton for me was just an old timber town surrounded by Karri forests. I never knew there were forests of avocado trees, and rolling hills of grape vines. And what a delight to be there in Spring when the clematis are splashing white throughout the region.

Very nice centrally located; most of the bush walls are within 3 km from the visitor centre, nice little play area for the kids and BBQ with iGA nearby to restock supplies. A lot of maps and pamphlets available for self guided.

Called in at the middle of the day today and they were closed for lunch. Pathetic. Fancy an information centre not being open at peak time. While we were there three more lots of people came and left as disgusted as we were.
Really hopeless. Organise your lunch breaks better than this guys.
