Our guide, Digby was really nice. Entertained our group with great stories of the history of the forest area and of the current attractions available.
is also an accomplished cave diver and will let you know all about the history of the local caves and the quest to discover uncharted one too. Thoroughly enjoyed the quad bike tour. The electric bikes were very easy to master. Highly recommend the tour. Would do again in a heartbeat.

One of the highlight experiences of our family trip to Perth this year. A good 90 minutes of riding very unique electric ATVs through the gorgeous Boranup forest, with a couple of stops to catch a view of the coast from a hilltop and a short walk to the entrance of a cave.

The pace was leisurely since the ATVs didn’t go as fast as the petrol ones, so this isn’t quite the same experience as the adventurous sort, and it was safe enough and fun enough for my wife and I with a kid (6 and 8) riding pillion each. Our guide Digby did a great job shepherding everyone along and giving entertaining commentary.

I’d recommend this to those who’d like a more relaxed and extended ATV experience, particularly if you have children in tow (their minimum age is 4 I think, but older kids will better tolerate the bumps). Some off-road experience helps, but even total newbies should do well if they’re confident enough.

Expect dust, so come equipped with masks (we wore N95 respirators). Bring adequate water, and wearing long sleeves and trousers helps with comfort. There’s only one toilet break early on, and it’s an outhouse on a hill, so if you’re the sort than can find relief in the bushes, you’ll be happier.

Fun way to see some of the beautiful forest and feel the air on your face and skin! The electric quad bikes made a little more noise than I expected but were still pretty quiet and I could have a conversation with my daughter who was riding with me on the back. Kids found it really fun too and not difficult to hang on.
The stops and information provided by the guide were good, I would have loved a little time to take a short walk in the forest as part of the tour too or even an extra 5min stop under the trees to soak it all up and have an extra chance for some forest pics.

As a first time quad biker can confirm it was easy to learn to drive it. Recommend to wear dark coloured clothes or ones that aren't your favourites as it is extremely dusty and you'll be covered in a film of dust by the end!
There are no toilets at the start of the tour but there is a toilet stop about 30min in.
